I decided to go with furniture n more because I was looking for a specific coffee table that was on back order with Ashley furniture and almost any other furniture store I looked at. I called and was told that they had one in stock in their warehouse. Come to find out that (of course) they don't have any in stock after I ordered it, and I was told that it would be another couple of weeks until they would have another one in stock. This was early June. I called this store for updates every couple of weeks on the order status at least 5 or 6 times. Every time I was told it would be another "couple of weeks". I would have appreciated an honest answer from these people so I could have cancelled my order a long time ago. In October they finally told me that the shipment wasn't coming. They at least gave me my full refund without any hassle which is the only positive thing I will say about this place. I ordered the same piece from Ashley now that it's back in stock and I got a FedEx shipping label the same day, it will be here in 2 days. Would not recommend, it was a very frustrating experience. EDIT: this is about a week after original post. I originally gave a one star review and bumped it up to 2 because they at least followed up by email and let me know the table was now available for pickup if I was still interested. read more

This store is awful and Jayden is a terrible person. He sold me a defective bedroom set for my daughter and when I tried to refuse the items he was angry and belligerent. His delivery ppl wouldn't take the stuff back because they said I'm on the third floor. The bed had flismy slacks to hold the matress and the dresser drawers were all broken!!! SCAMMER ALERT This guy posts on Facebook marketplace and lies about what he has in stock or doesn't. He made me drive all the way to his scummy store and then didn't have the product he assured me I would be able to see. I have a copy of the texts between the associate and I where he straight up lied to me to get me to drive thirty minutes to the store. After they didn't have the item I was looking for, the associate tried to convince me to buy the item sight unseen. No apology. No acknowledgement of his scammy behavior. BEWARE!!! Not only is their store a DUMP, but they sell recliners that will fall apart within weeks. I purchased 3 and they're all broken. When we call to try to rectify the situation, they play dumb, don't return calls, and talk in circles. I am reporting them to the BBB and will file a claim with American Express for a refund! I found a sectional advertised on FB marketplace and came into the store to see it. Jaden and Lisa were awesome! They made everything easy and I was able to customize the sectional I ordered and the accent pillows by choosing the fabrics. Their financing was super easy as well! I asked about a mirrored buffet I'd been eyeing on amazon for some time but was hesitant to order bc I did not want to have to build it myself. Jaden was able to find the exact same buffet for me and he quoted me a price less than amazon. They went out of their way to ensure that my couch was ready by the time I needed it and they delivered and set up everything. It only took 9 days and I had a custom made sectional and beautiful buffet I'd been wanting for a year. I get 100 days no interest to pay it off, And the prices were exceptional! I will only go to this place in the future for all of my furniture needs. Don't let the bare bones showroom deter you. They can order from all the major manufacturers and they will ensure that you get what you want. And you're supporting local business. We have been waiting for 13 MONTHS to get resolution to a faulty couch, doing everything we've been asked to do by the manufacturer, and Jaden, to get our money back. Very helpful when choosing furniture. I came about 3 times before finally deciding what I wanted, and they were very patient with me. Prices are very reasonable. I shopped around and they had a great selection for some of the lowest prices I could find. Only downfall is I was told "about a week" for my furniture. I got half of it in 2 weeks, the other half in 4. But they delivered both to me for free and the delivery men were very nice and quick. Buying here was a deep disappointment. I needed a recliner for my very elderly Mother. I bought it here. It was fine, but their service was awful. I specifically said that I needed to be there when it was delivered because my Mother was elderly and it would be confusing to her when it showed up no matter how much I told her to expect it. I said I needed them to call me 1 hour before they got there to deliver it. They told me it would be delivered on a Thursday afternoon. I called that morning and the Store Manager said it would be between 5 and 6. At 2PM, my Mom calls me and asks me why these strangers came with a huge chair. I called the Store Manager and told him that he needed to call and tell the delivery men to wait until I arrived in 15 minutes. When I arrived, they were gone. They had just come in, moved furniture out the way in the living room and left the chair sitting in the middle of the room. I had been told they would help me move things so I could put it where it belonged. Obviously, that did not happen. After all was said and done, I paid $50 for two delivery men to just dump it in my Mom's apartment and leave and on top of that I got an unrepentant store manager who did nothing to address the issue. I love the place - it's a very different experience from shopping at some of the other chain furniture stores nearby. It feels like a family-owned store and they definitely treat their customers accordingly. I bought a bedroom set from here about a year ago. I got a great deal and it is really good quality furniture - it still looks brand new all this time later (even after a move). I requested a different mirror for the dresser and they were very accommodating, letting me choose from another set to mix and match to what I was looking for exactly. Best furniture store we've ever shopped at! We have bought two different living room sets, a bedroom set, office furniture, dining room set and a nice kitchen hutch all from Furniture N More. The prices are already better than the other stores around plus Jayden always gives us a great deal and really takes care of us. We even had to get some furniture repaired a year after purchasing and they sent someone out who took care of it at no charge even though the damage was our fault. I ordered a modern glass table from them with six chairs. It was delivered when promised, however there are some minor issues, such as missing plastic inserts on the bottom of two chairs. I have made many calls to correct this. Most of the time they tell me they will call me on a specific day, and never do. My patience is running thin but if they believe that they can get rid of me by ignoring me, they are mistaken. I am willing to call the credit card company and request a refund as I am not satisfied with my purchase (the store can come pick up the table and chairs). For some reason in general furniture is expensive and (furniture) stores don't give good customer support, but these people are even worse than the average. read more

Love this store! Not what's on the floor, but that I can order any piece of furniture from the catalogs at a deep discount over other retailers. Example: high end white linen sleigh bed with nailhead trim, would have cost me double or triple the cost at any other store. Just come in with photo of furniture in magazine or at another store, and they will get from manufacturer at deep discount. I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. We have bought 2 queen beds, a mattress, a nightstand, a TV table, and a coffee table here in 5 separate visits. Every time I have received great service and exactly what I ordered (sometimes it takes a week for the order to come in). The prices are terrific for all hardwood pieces I have bought. So far we have had some of the pieces for 4 years now and nothing has broken or needed repair. They are my first "go to" to see if there is something I like. I see some people not liking the service. I think it's true you aren't immediately surrounded by salespeople ready to upsale their commission. It is actually one thing I really like. Every time that I remember being in there I have been approached to see if there was anything they could help me with. Sometimes I just browse and I am left to do that without hassle. We bought three items from this place: a bed, mattress, and dresser. All items were the display models. The bed had broken plastic pieces. The mattress; obviously worn on three quarters of it, where people had sat or lied down to try it. The dresser was scratched and dented. I was very happy with the prices and delivery of the dining table and kitchen table I purchased earlier this year. However just recently noticed the top wood (maybe veneer) of the kitchen table is chipping off and leaving the light wood beneath exposed. I rarely use this table, maybe eating on it 3 times and after 5 months of owning asked for them to see about replacing the top providing pictures. I have struggled for over a month being told I have to email the pictures and explanation myself dealing directly with manufacturer. Now I am told I have to either pay delivery fees Furniture and More to come get table and they take to manufacturer or I must take it myself. I already paid delivery fees when I bought and feel the least they can do is pick it up on the way to manufacturer which my house is on their way from store. They are saying I damaged it which is not true. It is peeling in several spots never placing hot anything or harsh chemicals on it and I have had nothing but run around and no help. I am now on my own dealing with the manufacturer. I will never purchase furniture from Furniture and More again! The truth of customer service is when you need some and they don't care to give you any. read more
