Ramon did not do that. He was extremely helpful, honest and professional! Bought a washer and dryer with a scheduled delivery at 11:30 the next day (additional $60 delivery fee). Got the beast of my old washer out and installed the new washer with new hoses and venting system at no additional charge. However, the dryer needed a four prong outlet, our current setup was 3. They didn't have the necessary things to change it out but gave us the option of leaving our old dryer so I could wash/dry clothes and would come back the following day. The dryer arrived exactly on the agreed time no between the hours of 9-5 window. The outlet was switched out at no additional charge or NO additional fee for return drop off. Talk about going the extra mile. The two delivery men could not have been nicer or more efficient. Polite, neat and knew what they were doing. I'm not sure why there are unfavorable reviews as that was not our experience.

The store is quite big & had a lot of specials going on which was a good sign because the Samsung washer that we needed was marked down to $829, in black with champagne detail. We were so happy because the color combination is quite pretty & it'll go perfect with the champagne Samsung front load washer that we have. Coming here you'll realize there may be a language barrier because several of the workers don't speak much English but no worries! When I approached the sales lady in the appliance department & she realized I didn't speak Spanish she then got another sales lady that was bilingual, it took just a little longer with the language barrier but as long as we were all patient we ended up with our washer & Curacao made a sale! Overall everything went smoothly with our purchase thanks to the two sales ladies that helped us! Being that we're from South Florida & very familiar with certain language barriers it didn't deter us away from making our purchase from Curacao. Also as a plus this store will price match another stores lowest price!

It was all good, delivered and hooked up. But then after he left and we went to use it, there was something wrong with it and it wasn't working right. My son called them a few different times. It really seems like they didn't want to help us with this washer, he never did come out and look at it. I think calling twice and saying the washer wasn't working should have been enough to get someone out to look at it. Instead we just ate the cost and went to another store and bought another washer. I really thought we had found a nice little place to buy our appliances from, buying them and getting them serviced is two different things.
