We were just about to leave when a worker rudely told us to get out instead of treating us with basic respect. As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I would never treat a customer that way. Customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Very disappointing service, and I hope management addresses the way customers are being treated.

Self check out- there's cameras and security you don't need four people just goofing around in their phones in this area when you could obviously put them to work with cashiering to cut the lines down, or have them stock and help get the store properly stocked. Security- there's an armed rent a security guard at the entrance not the exit which is weird. Restroom- what you'd expect from a Home Depot filthy!

One of the employees happened to come by and asked me if he could help me. As always their staff is helpful and will even walk me over to what I need. I explained to him what I needed and he guided me to a shelf stocked with lubricants and told me to give this particular one a try. I just wasn't going to buy another tool to just use it once. I bought a few other items but those items will be used. As most of you well know they change some of the brands over the years but all in all any of their power tools are decent at almost half the price of buying a name brand. She tells us she has no idea and just go sit down outside (100 degrees outside), and wait to be called. Rude, but we did it, there were several others waiting for their items as well. Three of them had already been waiting for more than 20 minutes. After being there for 30 minutes we call the corporate office to complain. My Husband is a disabled vet and was beginning to feel ill. at this time there were about 15-20 people waiting and I could not get a hold of any of the employees to tell them we had to leave. We called corporate again and explained the situation, they told us to reach out to the owner, that they would try and help us but we needed to do that first. This place is open 8-2 and if your item/s are not brought out they close and it's just to bad. Well I texted the two people on the web site, Emma being one of them. Told them the situation, she says " you are the ones that called corporate , right?) , not let see what I can do to fix the situation. She then tells me one of my items has been misplaced and they will offer a refund on that one. I was told I could pick up my other item the following day. I reassured her I would do that. You would think that she would ensure it was ready to be picked, it wasn't and we waited for her to finish typing for another five minutes, before even looking up at us. Again just rude. We picked up our item, took it home, and it is not the correct item! For the love of God! Why is this so hard for her to figure out! I sent multiple photos and told her I wanted a complete refund, and she could come pick it up. I was not going to drive down there for a third time. My time is valuable and I was fair about everything. She messaged back and said no you return or no refund. At this point I'm going to eat the loss but I will post as many reviews as possible, I don't want anyone else to be treated so badly. Just a side note ; when reaching out to corporate they did state they have had numerous complaints about this auction house and they were probably going to discontinue allowing them to use Local Auctions Platform. They never have anything ready. They never honor registration. They shrug, give excuses, and tell you "first come, first serve," even though the website clearly states that registration secures your spot. I'm not asking for anything extra just the kit I registered for. Instead, I get attitude, confusion, and employees who look irritated that I even asked. The customer service here is honestly embarrassing. No one takes ownership. No one apologizes. No one tries to fix the issue. It feels like the employees are just going through the motions and hoping customers will stop asking for help. As a parent who depends on the workshop system, this is beyond frustrating.
