More than the cost of the shelf itself. There's nothing special about me, but it it's the third time I came to this company and, while they did discount the installation, it was pretty clear that my loyalty wasn't a priority. This particular location is at the Costco Business Center, and it's definitely a pretty popular spot! One thing to keep in mind is that it has fewer pumps than some of the larger Costco gas stations, so the wait can drag a little longer, especially when it's busy. That said, once I got to the pump, everything was smooth and easy. The lines moved along, the station was well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what I've come to expect from Costco. Nothing complicated--just convenient, reliable, and a great place to fuel up while I was already in the area. I'd definitely stop here again, just knowing I may need to allow a little extra time for the line.

Her tone was dismissive, and she spoke in a way that felt belittling rather than helpful. The combination of curt responses and condescending remarks made the checkout unnecessarily uncomfortable. This level of disrespect is unacceptable in a customer‑facing role. I hope that the leads at this location address this matter directly and hold their employee accountable for how they represent the store. Gladys's behavior was uncalled for and does not reflect the standard of service customers should expect at Costco.
