Nine days before the warranty was up the washer stopped working. We called Jason and we called Jason and we called Jason, he sent out his repair man who stated it was the motherboard that had gone out. He said a new board would run about $225.00 at a cost to us. Jason's cost is approximately $120.00. We offered to pay $100 towards a new motherboard, he said no and proceeded to tell us how a businesses is run (with a really aggressive attitude). Over the last 13 years, we have probably purchased at least a dozen appliances for rentals from Sun City appliance when it was owned by Becky and never had any problems. We will not be buying any more appliances from RDM appliance.
