How does this place not have a million 5 star reviews? Kurtis is absolutely THE BEST. We have a fridge that he fixed over 3 years ago and at that time, he had a custom board made for our bridge since it would SO expensive to replace our custom fridge. Our fridge started making a weird noise and we were only available for a small time period but he moved things around just so he could get us taken care of and give us peace of mind. He is the MOST honest and down to earth, provides detailed answer to your questions and very skilled at what he does. He even gave us some tips on other things we should just be aware of. After being in Big Box Retail as a Manager , first at Home Depot , for 16 years , then crossing the aisle for 6 more years at Lowe's , you might say , I am pretty experienced with contractors and repair personnel ! I expect a person who is coming into my home to inspect and repair an appliance to meet and exceed my expectations ! Whenever an issue arises with an appliance , not working , not doing what it is designed to do , I call my Home Warranty company ! I always ask for Top Appliance to be given the work order ! Why you might ask , rather than , who ever is in the rotation . Well , after having them , do repairs and diagnosis on our appliances , for over 8 years , I can be assured , that whatever Technician comes , he will meet and exceed my expectations ! We had a problem , a few days ago with our washing machine ! I called our Home Warranty Company , and at that time of day , could not get Top Appliance assigned ! So I hung up and called at night , before the next day assignments were handed our ! I did get Kurtis the next day , from Top Appliance to come out and ascertain and resolve our issue ! So my washer went out as well as my dishwasher. Kurtis and Sterling came to our house diagnosed our washer and dishwasher they were very courteous and accommodating to our work schedules. Kurtis is awesome, he was sent by my home warranty company. I had a plumber out the week before and they could not figure our why the dishwasher could not drain and said it was not the plumbing. Kurtis came in and took one look at the way the dishwasher plumbing was installed and new what the issue was. He installed a high loop in the dishwasher drain line.
