From the start of our 1st conversation and the way he went above and beyond to help me over the phone at 9pm when our residential fridge in our Rv went out days before leaving for a trip and then proceeded to walk my husband over FaceTime on this to diagnose the issue. He was patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. He fit us into his schedule and his communication was top notch.. he spent 3 hours fixing our issue, the price is he communicated upfront stayed the same and he called the next day to see how the fridge was doing. Our dryer heat went out on Saturday evening. Sunday morning at 11:20 AM I called Dean to make an appointment to see about a repair. I honestly didn't think he'd have any availability that same day but said he was in my area and would be to the house in a few minutes. He arrived and confirmed it was the heat coil and he had the part in his truck. He changed it immediately and the whole thing took less than 20 minutes. He was so efficient, professional, and the parts and labor were a very fair price. The whole thing was completed before noon.
