I had a washer that stopped working, an error code came up that indicated broken door lock. The new door assembly would be very expensive. Otkay took apart the door and told me it was fine; that digital error codes can often be wrong when the mother board is going. The spinner basket was off balance too, so he told me to get a new one. Even recommended some good brands and suggestions where to shop. He could have charged me allot to replace door lock assembly and fix off balance basket. Excellent service and staff here. The quality and value were definitely five star when it came to repairing our Frigidaire ice maker. Oktay replied via the Yelp messenger and came out the next morning. He spent about 30 minutes taking the ice maker apart and diagnosing the frozen supply line. We have, in the past, used Oktay for major appliance issues and yesterday was the latest. Our dryer was making a loud groaning type noise so I contacted OS via his web site. He responded almost immediately and said he would visit the next day (this was a Sunday). The next morning Taras arrived about 9:30, within 15-20 minutes he found the issue (two worn tub rollers), replaced them and was done in less than an hour. Once again, Oktay took great care of us. A fuse blew on our dryer and Oktay got it working again quickly.
