We…read morehad an issue with previous refrigerator and had them come out to diagnose and repair the problem. The guy was very nice but had absolutely NO clue what to do to fix the unit. We went to the appliance store and told them what was going on and were told that it was NOT a fixable problem. We also confirmed that with via another knowledgeable source. High Desert charged me more than half what it cost to just get a new unit so their "visit" was a total waste of time and money. My negative review stands. Don't waste your time and money.
