Nick was great, came by a few hours after I reached out, and had our refrigerator fully fixed by mid afternoon.

BEWARE!! Nick is a scandalous scammer!! He came to my home for a refrigerator repair. He was here approximately 45 minutes and charged $450 for recharging my fridge with antifreeze. He told me he could give me a $50 discount if I paid cash. Never wrote me out a service receipt nor emailed it or checked back in as he promised. I became leery when the refrigerator began to overheat again in less than 24 hours. Upon researching I found that the average price to find, fully repair and recharge antifreeze leaks are only $200-$500. He did not diagnose the issue nor in any way attempt to fix the actual problem. I had another repairman come who fully diagnose the issue, gave a fair quote for full Repair and added antifreeze for only $175 But the very Worst part of it All, is when I left a honest review on google of his Terrible service he responded by putting All of the personal information he had of mine in his review response!! Full name, phone#, email, home address and more!! I'm currently working with google to have it Removed! By far my WOREST tech experience ever! Do Not let this man in your home for any reason! Nick was everything you want: Responds quick, got there when he said he would, reviewed repair options, was very respectful, transparent about pricing, and made sure I content before proceeding. The compressor on my fridge died, he flushed the system, replaced the dryer, etc. which is perfect, because I want 10 years from the replacement instead of like 2 years if they don't flush and replace the dryer, etc. I have an Electronic Engineering degree and repair my own appliances normally, and everything he said was perfectly accurate - so refreshing! Nick, the owner answered his phone on Saturday and provided good communications. He asked the right questions, didn't waste my time, and scheduled a service call for the next working morning. His company is not spending a lot on unnecessary advertising and overhead. His diagnostic house call is $99, with will be applied to repair costs. He scheduled his tech for Monday morning. On Saturday afternoon and through Sunday, and the refrigerator was functioning properly, and holding the correct temperature in the freezer and the fresh food compartment.. My guess is that someone left the refrigerator door ajar without realizing it. I spoke to Nick and we have agreed to wait, watch and will reschedule if the problem returns. Thankful for Good Tech Appliance Services!! We noticed the temperature of our fridge/freezer quickly dropping the Monday before Thanksgiving. I called 4 companies, including the company we normally use and no one could come out until after Thanksgiving. This was a huge problem as I was supposed to be hosting Thanksgiving. As a last ditch effort I decided to call one more company hoping someone could come out sooner. I called Good Tech Appliance services and spoke with Nick, the owner. He was friendly, professional and extremely responsive. The best part was that he would be able to do a service call that same day!! Upon Nick's arrival he was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem. Not only was he able to figure out the problem, he was able to fix it because he already had the part with him!!! My best hope for the service call was to get the part ordered and hopefully get it by Wednesday at the latest. That's what has always happened in the past with appliance repairs. I was beyond surprised and relieved to have it fixed that same night!! It was my Thanksgiving miracle! By far the best experience we've had with any appliance company we've used previously. Nick was amazing! He was one of the few that was able to come to me as soon as possible and had such a great rate. I had others tell me it would be a week's wait, but he came out to me the next day after I told him my problem. My garbage disposal stopped working, and there was a crack in it too. He could access everything pretty quickly and just told me I needed a new one. He explained what was wrong with my old one, and it was just time for a new one. I also had some trouble with my dishwasher where it was not draining at all. I know the previous owner never used it for the years while they were there. So he spent his time and cleaned it all out and said that it's still a great working dishwasher, but it was just clogged, and he cleaned it all out. He got it to run again, which was a saving grace cause I did not have to buy a new dishwasher. We ended up talking about appliances ( I use to sell them so I had some pretty basic knowledge on some of the things he was telling me) but he was able to clearly explain to me too on how to care for my appliances to make sure they keep running for years to come.
