Our French Style Whirlpool Freezer door would not open. Turns out it was frozen shut by a lot of ice. Ryan is amazing. He would not give up on getting it open. It took some time but he did it!! He cleaned out all the ice under the freezer and cleaned the plugged drain pipe. He charges a $95 service fee that he would apply to replacement parts if needed. I thought he would charge extra for his time and all the muscle he had to use but he didn't. He is a great guy and loves his work.
