Very flexible when I called to make an appointment. James called me 20 minutes out to confirm his arrival. Of course the noise the fridge was making, wasn't happening when he arrived, but he listened carefully to me describing the sounds it was making. He still took a look at it, and gave it a quick cleaning. Upon looking behind the fridge, he discovered the cooling fan was no longer attached. That explained the "high temp" warning light I was getting over the Summer (it's a fridge in the garage). We had a glacial flood in our freezer when our ice maker didn't turn off and flooded and froze an ice waterfall. I thought the leveler was broken but Vision came out and quickly determined it was the thermostat, which is not sold separately. They ordered a new ice maker and voila, problem solved. I am very pleased with the way these guys run their business. It is not very often that you feel a service provider that thinks first about the customer over the need to make money at every step. They clearly want my business for the long term. They won it. They have been at my house two times in the last year to service two washers. My first experience with them was met with an offer to help me out over the phone with tips and suggestions to avoid an expensive service call. I thanked them, and elected to have them come out, which they gladly did. Mary said that her husband (Jim) or son would be coming out. They came as agreed and on time. Jim was friendly and seemed to want to save us money. I felt completely as ease that I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. The price was very fair. The second time was today. Both the Jim and his son arrived on time and performed an inspection and determined that the second washer was fine, at least for now, and that they were not going to charge for the visit. We were of course happy that the washer was fine, but surprised that no bill was coming. We still offered to pay since afterall their time is valuable and the false alarm wasnt their doing, and they were so responsive. They should get at least a service call! We are very happy with the service provided by Jim and Mary. We needed service repair on a microwave and they were very helpful in letting us know what was needed to repair. Jim tested the microwave to see what the problem was and researched the parts needed to repair and gave us the cost for parts and the options to either repair or simply replace with a another model. Based on his research we thought it best to let the microwave go. They were kind enough to have the microwave recycled for us to save us the trouble. We recently had an issue with our ice maker. I go through a lot of ice in the heat. So, it was a major issue. They came by the next day and gave us a quote. It was about where I expected, which was at about $300, and they were estimated that the part would be in sometime early next week.
