I would highly recommend this business. Jim was probably one of the most trustworthy and fair repairman I've had in my house. He was timely and communicative. I definitely saved his card and will use him again in the future. His experience speaks for itself! read more

They came out and checked my ice maker and advised me to contact Samsung about the problem I was having. He said if he fixed it the cost would be very expensive and maybe not so much with Samsung. He was correct and I appreciated the honesty. read more

Great service, quick response, original parts, very good at what's they do and reasonably priced.

We recently had Vision Appliance resolve the seal and a lighting issue on our Sub Zero Refrigerator. They are very professional and quoted a price beforehand. Once I agreed to the installed price the part was ordered and an appointment was scheduled for a later date. The seal was installed perfectly and lighting issue ended taking several trips as my diagnosis was incorrect and another part was needed. They are very honest and reputable people whom have earned my business for any and all appliance repair. Do yourself a favor and call Vision Appliance first for your appliance repair needs. read more

They were on time and was able to troubleshoot and repair my garage freezer within a matter of 30 minutes.

With all of the COVID-19 issues, Vision Appliance was willing to come out and do the repair on my stove in one stop. I really appreciate that they were able to order the igniters for my stove at my request. The guys came out today to replace the igniters and they were very quick. The charges were what they quoted. Although they do not have a lot of yelp reviews, this company is worth giving a try! Just an FYI, I had contacted a repair company that was recommended by Viking and they would not even give an estimate for the repair that I knew was necessary. I appreciate how upfront Vision was and this is why they were given my business. read more

We had to get our dishwasher fixed and thankfully we found Vision Appliance thru Nextdoor. I usually don't leave reviews but their service DEFINITELY warranted a good one! James came out and found the issue but needed to order the part as it's not one readily available. He told me the office would call back to set up a new appointment to install it. This being a Friday I wasn't expecting a call back anytime soon. A few days later Mary called back to set up a return visit to install the part. It was set for Thursday as that was the date FedEx gave them for delivery. Thursday rolled around and Mary called back to say that FedEx hadn't delivered yet and that we would have to shoot for Friday instead. They supposedly have 2 deliveries per day and she wasn't sure which one they were going to get. She said if it came in on the early delivery that she would drive the part to the technician herself to make sure they could get it fixed. Unfortunately FedEx did not come thru and they delivered it late that day making a service call not possible. We then set up a new appt for Monday. Monday rolled around and Mary once again called to ensure me they had the part in their hand and that it was still a good day for me for James to come back out. Long story short it was and my dishwasher is fixed!! After a long winded story, the takeaway from this is that Vision Appliance is AWESOME!! You rarely see a company that keeps communication lines open and actually contacts you to keep you informed. As for the techs, James knows his stuff as I'm sure the rest of them are. I will DEFINITELY call them again if/when one of my appliances decides to not play nice! THANK YOU VISION! read more

Vision was responsive and honest. I would not hesitate in using them again. Thank you James for the dryer repair and quick response

I highly recommend Vision Appliance Repair because of Jim's trustworthiness, honesty and fair price. He diagnosed the problem with my Amana refrigerator's ice maker and suggested a cheaper solution than paying him to fix it, although he was very willing to help us through the process. I will definitely use Vision Appliance Repair again and recommend them to everyone in my family and circle of friends. read more

Vision Appliance Repair was amazing. My dryer decided not to dry my clothes. I called Vision on the day after Christmas and Tim was here within 2 hours the same day! Now that is service! He had the part on board to fix the dryer and the whole thing took less than an hour. Both Tim and his wife (answered the phone) were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I will use them for any appliance repairs in the future appliance repair! read more

I just had a very positive experience with Vision Appliance Repair. My wife and I have a wine cooler that no longer cools. After discussing the problem with Jim (co-owner and technician), he felt that the most likely problems to fix would cost the same as buying a new wine cooler. Although I was hoping for an inexpensive repair (for a cooler that was given to us), thru Jim's honesty and professional judgement I may have saved money AND got a better Christmas gift for my wife. Jim and Mary were very fast in contacting me, immediately answered the phone when I called, and were very friendly and professional over emails and phone conversations. Thank you Jim & Mary. read more

This was my first time needing the refrigerator repaired. Mary returned my texts immediately and was able to get me in touch with the technician over the weekend. Jim accurately predicted the problem and walked me through how to prepare the refrigerator for his visit. He showed up on time, was courteous and charged me what he quoted. Don't look anywhere else. read more

Jim was a big help in solving our issue with our dryer. We appreciated that they were able to fit us in quickly. An animal crawled all the way into the dryer and he was able to remove it and evaluate for damage. We would definitely use Vision Appliance again. read more

Wanted to let everyone know of a very good experience. Our washing machine wouldn't drain and it was after 5:00 pm. We found Vision Appliance Repair online and their hours were up to I think 7:00 pm on the weekday. We called and talked to a nice lady who scheduled a call for the next day. Jim showed up and within a half hour had the washing machine up and running. Very good experience with friendly, experienced people. It's nice working with a local, family-run business. I will definitely use them again when any of our appliances need repair. read more

Jim is great, he really knows what he's doing and actually cares about his customers. I had him look at a couple of completely different items when he came out even though he wasn't expecting it and he fixed them all. Best of all he didn't price gouge me or make me make extra appointments. He knew what to do with each appliance. It was like having my dad come over to help! What a great company! read more
