But as for the help desk and the buisiness, I believe I was not taken care of. I was told a part needed order by the technician, and he would submit the request. I had to call and remind the help desk to request the part needed. A few days later I was told the company was no onger making parts for this fridge. So I asked can I get the part number and I will look on line and try and find it. I called twice and both times I was told the technician had the part number and she will get a hold of him. Hmmmm? so how did she reach to the manufacture for the damaged part? She never called me back again after the second call. POOR customer service.

Keep in mind that we never had this issue in the past, and we have owned the home since 2005. Six months later, the sputtering damper noise returned. I called R&M about replacing this faulty part. They refused to cover it because they only give a ONE MONTH warranty on parts and labor since I had placed the work order through my home warranty company. I understood the policy, but it also means THEY USE CHEAP REPLACEMENT PARTS since their part had broken just 6 months later. You would think as a sign of good faith they would replace the cheap part they had originally installed.
