Chip noticed the prior tech hadn't even opened the dryer (factory tape was still on) and so had to be lying about the diagnosis. Inside ten minutes he had opened it up, pulled a couple of socks out, put it all together again and we were all beaming from ear to ear as it purred like new. *CONCLUSION* It's not often that I get to recommend someone wholeheartedly but here I am on Yelp. Hopefully you read this review and reach out to Early Bird and Chip.
