Hiring Fuse HVAC was fast, clear in communication, and professional! I own a vacation rental and a guest smelled a gas leak coming from the outdoor grill. I searched Yelp to request quotes for vendors to come out to inspect and repair the issue. Fuse HVAC responded within the hour. I communicated with the manager Alison and she set up an appointment and a technician showed up at my property that afternoon. They initially thought it was a regulator issue but it ended up being a problem with the propane tank and not the grill so they didn't even charge me anything for the diagnostic visit. I just left a tip for the technician and that was it. I didn't feel like they were trying to charge any hidden fees. Highly recommend them and will use them again! read more

Konstantine was amazing. He was able to fix my old subzero refrigerator that supposedly not fixable. Alison the person who booked appointments was so easy to work with and always followed up after the job was finished. I used this company to also fix my HVAC system, install a new unit, and service my HVAC units 2x/year. I recently called them and realized they are temporarily closed. Does anyone know why or where I can reach them. read more

I recently hired Fuse HVAC to replace my old A/C unit, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the technician assigned to my project, Konstantin, was a true professional. If you meet him, you'll probably notice that English isn't his first language, but don't let that discourage you. He understood and accomplished EVERYTHING I asked of him, he clearly knows his craft inside and out, and he brought a level of care and precision to the job that's rare to find. Konstantin also showed up on time every day, and Fuse was extremely responsive via Yelp with responding to several questions and concerns I had along the way. I'm a difficult customer to please -- I have very high standards when it comes to work being done in my home, and I'm extremely particular about the details. Most companies end up showing visible frustration with my level of involvement and scrutiny, but not Konstantin. Throughout the entire process, he remained polite, friendly, patient, and accommodating. My old A/C system wasn't keeping my home cool enough on the hottest days, and I had significant temperature differences between rooms. After researching extensively, I decided I wanted a 3-ton Bosch inverter-driven package unit installed on my roof, which requires very specialized installation techniques to ensure maximum energy efficiency. I did a ton of research and geeked out about this before hiring anyone so I could identify which technician was the most knowledgeable. Konstantin definitely knew what he was doing. I chose to hire Fuse because it was clear to me that Konstantin wasn't cutting any corners. During his first visit, he began performing a full Manual J load calculation and a Manual D duct design to ensure the system and ductwork were properly sized for my home. He also told me that he would perform airflow testing at every register to confirm that airflow was balanced and consistent throughout the house. This overall attention to detail was something I didn't see from other contractors I spoke to. During the initial assessment, Konstantin also found duct leaks and showed a video of the issue, proving that the issue was real. I knew my ducts were dirty after having tile removed recently, so I requested a full duct replacement instead of just sealing the leaks, and he handled the job thoroughly. As part of the system, I also had an Ecobee thermostat installed with remote temperature sensors in every room. Thanks to Konstantin's precise installation, every room in my house now stays at the same temperature, or within 1 degree, regardless of whether doors are open or closed, or what time of day it is. I had stressed repeatedly how important airtight ducts were to me for energy efficiency, and Konstantin delivered. In fact, the duct sealing was so effective that I occasionally have to bring fresh air into the house manually. Otherwise, the CO2 levels rise and the thermostat lets me know we've literally breathed up all the fresh air, LOL. All in all, this job exceeded my high expectations on every front. The work done was meticulous, well-informed, and executed with care. The installation also passed city inspection without a hitch. I highly recommend hiring them! read more

FIVE STAR REVIEW!! This company sent a service guy in 40 minutes when the other companies were telling me Monday for a freezer repair. (Today is Thursday.) The tech was a really nice guy. The repair would have cost more than a new frreezer, but since I have this information less than 2 hours after I called for the repair, I can start shopping for a new freezer immediately. read more

I requested an appointment for a washer repair and received a response within 10 minutes. Once I gave my info, they gave me open times to select from! Most places try to plug you in to their earliest opening, but they allowed me to choose. The time windows were only two hours compared to the usual 4 as well. Konstantin arrived and got right down to work. It turns out the lock on my washer was the issue as it was missing screws. I recently moved in and didn't realize that was an issue with the conveyed washer. He put in some screws and only charged me for the preset diagnostic cost. I ran a load of laundry and all is well again! I recommend them and will use them again. read more

This was such an easy process to get quotes and schedule Konstantin at Fuse. He arrived on time, assessed the problem (LG fridge needed new compressor), and we scheduled him to complete the job the next workday, once the part was in hand. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even cleaned behind the refrigerator before moving it back. Online payment system made the process even easier. Highly recommend. read more

Constantin was amazing!!!!! He spent almost two hours at our home to help us get to the bottom of why our ceiling mounted hood exhaust wasn't working. He took it apart and analyzed it, somehow managed to get it back working, and reprogrammed the remote to get it back in order too! All for $59!!!! He gave us a magnet which will be permanently affixed on our fridge for future use! They also do HVAC so we just may call upon him for that in the future too. read more

My dishwasher stopped cleaning dishes. 4 hours after I submitted a quote request to multiple appliance repair places I had someone from Fuse in my kitchen assessing the problem and fixing it. There was no charge for them to come out, although I think this ended up being baked into a slighter higher than expected repair cost ($250, no parts needed). Regardless, I was super happy with the speed of response to the quote request, getting someone onsite within hours and fixing the problem. I'll use Fuse next time I need any appliance servicing work. read more

Konstantin did an outstanding job on the worn, leaky water valves on our aging Kenmore Elite 3-door refrigerator. Totally calm and business-like. No attempted upsell. He went right to work on Thursday, quickly identified the problem, showed it to me so I understood it, ordered the parts and estimated the labor cost and said he could come back on Saturday to fix. Arrived on time, replaced the valves, and even vacuumed years of thick dust from inside and outside the back of the refrigerator. Even washed and dried some removable parts. FUSE has a 6 month guarantee so we will know in a reasonable time if the fix holds. So far, we are happy campers! read more

Our dryer was on the fritz, and I reached out in hopes for a quick resolution. Fuse got me in same day, and had a free diagnostic complete, along with parts to fix the issue all within the same day. Thanks very much. read more

This company is great! Our kitchen more of less flooded with an inch of water due to a faulty water line. Fuse was the only company that could come that door and they also had the least expensive trip charge. Konstantine showed up earlier than expected and could not have been kinder, more knowledgeable, or more informative. He diagnosed our issue, ordered parts which arrived exactly when he said, and came out the morning they arrived. He fixed the issue and even said he warranties his work for six months. Thank you. We will definitely call again if we have issues with other appliances or HVAC. read more
