Alex and his team installed two new TRANE units at our home and did a first class job and follow up to make sure we were happy with the work they did. Highly recommend and VERY reasonably priced compared to most of the other companies we got quotes from. read more

This business does not want to communicate via Yelp. It wasn't a good fit I guess? Contacted this business for an HVAC service quote at my remodel. In the screenshot you can see I replied with the requested information and a wide open schedule. read more

Arizona Air Experts - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price. Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some "white glove" touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience. read more

It started with our ac/heat not working. Called anther company who quoted a big amount to fix. Called Randy at Arizona Air who identified problem but was unable to find parts as the unit was obsolete and unsupported. We ended up replacing both our old units and are very happy with the professional on-time service. Would use them again read more

We had our AC unit replaced a few weeks ago, when our old unit was struggling to keep up with the current heat wave. We used Arizona Air Experts once before about two years ago, and were so impressed with the timely response, the quick resolution of our problem and the reasonable price that we called them back this time when our AC unit started blowing warm air. The nice woman in the office called right back, and scheduled Randy to come out the next morning. He showed up exactly on time, and I decided it would be a good time to replace our 17-yr old unit with a new one, and he scheduled us for a week later. In the meantime, he gave me pointers to keep the old compressor cooled down to last us through the next week, and we were able to make It through the wait in relative comfort. Randy always shows up right when he says he will. He's a good communicator, explains things very well, and his default mode seems to be to save you money wherever possible. He never tries to upsell to more expensive equipment than you need, and won't try to talk you into a maintenance contract. (He thinks yearly checkups are unnecessary. ) He will be our first call next time we need help with anything HVAC. read more

Randy at Arizona Air Experts was a recommendation from our next door neighbor. I called Randy, he picked up right away and we had an appointment scheduled for a few hours later; I needed an estimate for two new AC units as our 25 year-old units were threatening to quit. He was on time, knowledgeable, communicative and provided a fair estimate with two options for SEER ratings. Randy continued to answer my calls over the next few weeks when I had questions about the options. He was always upbeat and positive and willing to answer my questions. A month after my initial call, we were able to have Randy and his team do the installation. His team was hard working, friendly and tidy; I was home during the installation and I don't think I saw anyone even taking so much as a phone break. I would recommend Arizona Air Experts to anyone needing a fair price and seamless installation of a new AC unit. read more

I called several places when our AC stopped working at 8pm on a hot Phoenix June night. No one answered or called me back except Arizona Air Experts, they came out that next morning and fixed our unit in under 30minutes and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend! read more

Randall Morris from AZ Air Experts saved us thousands of dollars by making a simple fix to our existing air conditioner versus purchasing a new central air conditioner as recommended by another company. I will definitely use Arizona Air Experts for all future service work! read more

What a great experience. Darrin and his crew did a fantastic job. They could have replaced what we had, the way it already was and been done. But Instead, they reconfigured duct work and the furnaces for us to get maximum air flow. We couldn't believe the difference. This company is extremely professional and goes above and beyond. It was a great customer experience. read more

After working with 2 different AC companies about my current system and having terrible results, (including a leaky ceiling), I luckily stumbled upon Arizona Air Experts. From the minute I talked with Marija in the front office, I knew I found the company to look after my AC system. The owners truly care about their customers and bend over backwards to make sure they ate taken care of. They sent a tech right over, did a diagnosis, and gave me reasonable options for my system. They are the most knowledgeable AC company I've found and the most honest too. They did my job so quickly and it was affordable. I will be using them for all my maintenance. Hard to find companies like this anymore. Bravo Arizona Air experts!! You've earned a long term customer. read more

This company is top notch. I'm also in a customer service business so have very high expectations. Randy and his crew were extremely professional, honest, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and were priced extremely reasonably. My neighbor recommended them and I couldn't be happier to have this crew swap out 2 complete units for me. Thanks so much to the entire team! read more

Amazing service!! Got home to find my AC wasn't working, made a quick call and just a few hours later Mr Maneth was here to get us back up and running! Probably the most friendly technician I have ever worked with. He stayed until after 9:15pm just to be sure my family and I could be comfortable tonight. I can't speak high enough of the service we received, without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone! read more

I live in Fl has a rental in Surprise AZ. The property needs an AC replacement. I found great reviews for Az Air expert so I gave them a chance and it was a great experience. My husband and I got home late from vacation to find our AC unit stopped working. We called several places early the next morning without luck. Some places said they wouldn't service units more than 10 years old. Other places couldn't get us in until later in the week. Some didn't even answer. I called AZ Air Experts and right away got to talk with Maria. She scheduled us for the next morning but reached out to Randy on her team to see if he could stop by the same day. He could! Actually, he showed up earlier than his scheduled window and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He had our unit fixed and blowing cold air in less than 30 minutes and at a very fair price considering it was a weekend and holiday. Thank you AZ Air Experts!! read more

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future. A+ service read more

Dealing with these guys was a breeze. For real though, they were super cool. Called these people out immediately after a TERRIBLE experience with another company. They fixed the same exact problem for a whopping $700 LESS than the first company I called out. Bookmarked for the next sad day when one of my AC units breaks under the crushing demand of the Arizona heat. read more

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9. At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness. read more

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well. We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team. We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had. They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit. We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts. read more

Blocked drain pipe that was supposed to convey water from HVAC drain pan led to several gallons of water pooling beneath the indoor air conditioning unit & flooding the adjacent bathroom. Our son-in-law, an industrial plumber, strongly recommended Randy from Arizona Air Experts, who provided next-day service at 7:30 AM! Randy quickly discovered the problem: the drainage pipe conveying condensate water to the outdoors was BURIED and full of debris rather than draining onto the surface of the yard! He dug out the improperly installed drain pipe, cleared it with air pressure, tested it by pouring several gallons of water through the line, added appropriate fittings to prevent recurrence, and left everything shipshape--all for the very reasonable cost of a service charge. When you get enthusiastic recommendations from a professional plumber whose HVAC system was recently replaced AND from his dad, a retired U.S.Navy steamfitter whose air conditioning was also serviced, you know you're getting top quality assistance for your plumbing problem. ---Roscoe (in Mesa, AZ) read more

Caleb is simply the best in the business. He was extremely prompt and professional. He gave my full A/C and heating system a look over. His inspection lasted about an hour. He then gave me a full list of things that needed to be done, in order of precedence. He told me honestly what should be addressed and what could wait. He is extremely cautions to work cleanly. When he brought in a ladder to access the attic, he laid down a rug so his ladder wouldn't touch our floors. When he came in to give us the bill, he took his shoes off. I would highly recommend Arizona Air Experts to anyone. All said and done, and inspection plus cleaning only costed $90. read more

I had gotten this company's info from a friend several weeks ago when the A/C took a dump at one of my rentals. Darrin , the business owner , came out on short notice, had me on the roof walking me through every question I had. He did all his diagnostic and visual inspection and determined what was wrong. Got it fixed that same evening. He made some recommendations for the future of my unit but didn't try to sell me anything, which is always a relief When I got the invoice I expected to be raked over the coals since all of us landlords are "rich". Was considerably under what I expected. Darrin referring to his company as honest is an understatement . I'll be referring him to everyone that ever asks me about HVAC work. Thanks again! read more

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day! read more

I met Caleb several years ago when I rented a house in surprise and he did all the spring checks on my unit. When I bought my home in 2012 I trusted him so much I had him come to check my AC for me. I use Caleb every year for my spring check ups and any other work that needs to get done that is not covered under my home warranty. Recently my air went out and he had two portable units he let me borrow them while I waited for the warranty department to get back with me. Caleb and Misty have always been professional, on time and gone above and beyond for me . I highly recommend AZ Air experts. If I did not have a warranty I would use them 100% for everything. I will NOT use anyone else. read more

We had other companies come out and look at our AC unit because it had stopped working. We were told by 3 different companies we had a bad unit, and a leak in our system because we were missing about 10 pounds of coolant. All three companies recommended replacing the AC unit, which would have cost about $8000 to get our AC working again. Upon a referral from a friend, we called Arizona Air Experts. Caleb came out and spent almost 2 hours investigating the issue. We had a value that was creating a blockage, so our system wasn't working correctly. Caleb came by the next night after 6pm and stayed until he replaced the bad part in our system, and added the coolant that was needed. He could have tried to up sell us like the 3 other companies with saying we needed 10 pounds of coolant, at $150 a pound. He could have said we needed a whole new AC unit, which would have cost thousands of dollars, just like the other 3 companies said. He didn't. He simply was honest, found the root cause of our issue and fixed it. The whole job was about 15% of what the 3 other companies wanted to charge. It was great working with someone who really takes pride in their work, is knowledgable and honest. I won't call any other AC company again, and will refer anyone and everyone I know to Arizona Air Experts! read more

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with AZ air experts. We had been told by a previous air co. that we needed over $1500 -$3,000 worth of work done, but air experts came in and fixed the problem for $330. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem and explain all of it in detail. It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and straightforward. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a recommendation for their A/C!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! read more

I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air. They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break. They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg. I will only be using them in the future. read more

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its "gold" standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! Thank you Randy, Darrin, and Marija for your excellence! read more

It's very refreshing to met a honest AC repair company. I have used other AC companies in the past due to free or extremely cheap AC system inspection the repairman always turn into salesman. July 29, 2020 It must have been a bad day for Randy. Randy showed at a residential home in Agua Fria Youngtown to do an a/c diagnostic, and after diagnostic, scheduled to come back the next day. Randy called me (the landlord) about the repair requirements and said that my "tenant is a liar, and didnt change out the filter. You have a burned out broken blower in the attic". He showed up the next evening at 10pm to do the A/C repair . Walked in thru the house to the back side a/c unit, followed by the tenant. Randy took the cover off, and said "you've got worse problems". Tenant asked "what is the problem, that wasnt what was broke yesterday in the attic?", and then Randy's reply came out "I dont have to take this, I dont give a fxxx, you can fix your fxxxxxx A/C yourself !" Left the a/c disassembled, walked out to his truck followed by the single mom tenant begging to please just fix the a/c. He was gone in about 10-15 minutes. Leaving my tenant in tears. That single mom and 2 kids tried to sleep in 95 degree air that night. I called the next day to the office where the wife Marie said " he was abused and he will call you" end of call. Summary: Randy lost his "cool" composure after a long hot day (a/c is his business) and now- we want to let you know- there is something mentally wrong with this guy. Beware- you could be next! read more
