Requested a free estimate for potentially replacing my AC unit. AZ Perfect Comfort called me back within an hour and scheduled with my tenant to look over the system. I received multiple options and competitive pricing for the units and warranties. I ended up repairing my unit rather than replacing it for one of the parts being under warranty. I wouldn't have considered this unless their awesome and thorough Technician Ryan Hoyos, had given me his honest opinion regarding the unit. I will gladly consider using AZ Perfect Comfort in the future and highly recommend due to the excellent customer service I received! read more

I recently called AZ Perfect Comfort--the company that originally installed my AC unit--because it stopped working. The technician claimed the issue was related to a white thermostat wire. When the AC failed again a week later, I called them back, but they couldn't send anyone until the following day. Instead, I called another company, which arrived within 30 minutes and identified that the actual issue was a faulty thermostat. They confirmed the "white wire" AZ Perfect Comfort had pointed to wasn't even connected to anything. I am relieved I didn't pay AZ Perfect Comfort $240 to "fix" a non-existent problem. When I requested a refund for their $99.95 diagnostic fee, they refused, so I have disputed the charge with my bank. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. read more

We have used AZ Perfect for our home with a new unit a year ago and needed air conditioning for a casita we had built on our property. Tom, Kyle, and Edwan showed up exactly on schedule and knocked out the dual zone mini-split in record time. This was a more in depth install with a separate ceiling cassette for the kitchen and a wall mount for the great room. We are over the moon pleased with the results and professionalism of the techs. Thank you again for taking care of us. Clint and Jenn. read more

AZ Perfect Comfort is a top notch HVAC company. The best part is thier amazing prices and exceptional customer service. I had a tech, Garrett, come to my home to ready our system for the months ahead. He was communicative, professional and shared with me step by step the health of our systems. I could not asked for a better experience and recommed them highly! Ask for Garrett! AZ Perfect Comfort is great and Garrett gets 5 stars! read more

Az Perfect Comfort came out to my house and recommended that I replace the capacitor for my outside unit. He said it was $441. For the replacement. I paid and then got to wondering how something so small could cost that much? It took him less than 5min to replace. I googled the capacitor and it's $84 at Amazon. If you want to save money~ I'd call some other company. read more

They communicate efficiently, my service tech was on TIME, ( Tim Stockton) responded patiently to my questions and did not use fear tactics to push additional services. The owner of this business has excellent staff. This is my 2nd year using them PRIOR to the crushing heat we experience in the summer. Thank you AZ perfect comfort! read more

Tim Stockton the tech was outstanding. Tim provided the spring maintenance for my system. He was thorough in his inspection and cleaning and explained everything in detail. Laid out my options and was very low key. He was friendly to me and my dog and that was a big plus. Acceptable cost for the services rendered. Everything from scheduling the visit to the visit itself to future possibilities everything was easily and professionally provided. I would definitely recommend AZ Perfect Comfort and Tim too. Good job everyone. read more

I had technician Tim Stockton come out and provide spring maintenance on my unit. He was on time, friendly and considerate. Before even starting the service he asked about our unit and asked if I had any concerns. I have never had a technician do this. He then did a thorough assessment and cleaning on my unit and came back to me to explain what he did and an overview on the condition of my unit. He showed pictures and provided explanations. My husband was a home inspector and was impressed with the quality of the service and the information that was provided. We decided to do the monthly plan to ensure we continue to take care of our unit and have the security of prompt service in case the Arizona summer causes issues in the heat of the summer. I whole-heartedly recommend this company and Tim to help maintain your heating or cooling units. read more

I paid $330 for a yearly service contract. The tech man who came out told me that I needed 3 capacitors replaced. With a 15% discount, I was charged over $850. The tech told me that one of the 3 parts costs over $400. When I checked the prices for the parts myself on-line, I found they actually cost under $100 for all of them, and it took the man less than 5 minutes to do the job. That amounted to a total cost of approximately $965 for just 1 hour of service. I immediately called the company and spoke with the manager. He was very pleasant and didn't argue with me. I told him that at the very least I wanted a refund of my $300 yearly service contract. He refunded $330 this morning and requested that I remove my negative review. Yelp wouldn't allow me to do this, so I am leaving this modification with 3 stars instead of 1. read more

AZ Perfect Comfort is a very fine comapny. I had the entire system replaced. Furnace and AC units. It's a beautiful system. Beyond my expectations. They are attentive and professional. And they respond to my questions very quickly. I'm very happy with this company and the excellent job they did. read more

Mack T from AZ Perfect Comfort I was concerned that our air-conditioning units hadn't been checked for a while and with the heat of the AZ summer upon us, didn't want to chance just hoping they were fine. I found AZ Perfect Comfort and gave them a call. They were very responsive and sent Mack T to check it out. He checked out both units and reported back that they were in great shape and working properly. Not that a company would do this, but I wouldn't have known the difference if he'd said something needed to be done. Glad to have found an HVAC company I can put in my "Rolodex" for future reference. Highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort. I am so glad I called them because now I know that it's OK and I'm going to be cool the rest of the summer read more

Wow! Truly a blessing. I called them today after a horrifying experience with a scam artist HVAC company this morning. I had been without air for 1.5 days. The woman I spoke to initially was so nice and checked how far one of their technicians was from my address. I could not believe when she said he could make his way over TODAY. James showed up within 3 hours and could not have been more helpful. He was on my roof in the sweltering sun for a long time running tests and making sure everything was ok. It ended up being a very small fix but he was so extremely thorough, informative and kind. Thank you James and AZ Perfect Comfort!! Highly recommend. read more

Beware of these guys. Had them out to replace a motor on AC unit. Sold me on an extra $60.00 for 2 free check ups in the next year. Came out two weeks later and HUH, found problems that they said "they should have seen the first time". I asked for an estimate. After 20 minutes the guy comes down and says he shut off my unit entirely.... I said, "this is my house and I do not want the unit shut down". He said, " too bad I already did it and you need to have it repaired before I will turn it back on. End of the day, the annual checkups are a ruse for creating work and they use the shut down the system guise as a way of ensuring that you need to have it done. I don't know about the rest of you, but you don't shut down things or work on things in my domicile without my permission. Beware!! read more

I cant say enough of wonderful overall experience with this company!!! Got so lucky to be referred to AZ Perfect Comfort by my Home Warranty. Starting with Susan, who is very kind, polite and detailed... Phone is answered every time I called almost on the second ring. Fred also provided detailed information, ihe was kind and detailed about how everything works. And now last but not least: Repair Technician Julio provided outstanding service. A+++. Arrived few minutes earlier then scheduled, very polite and customer service oriented. Very knowledgeable and did fantastic job. Highly Highly recommended... read more

Thanksgiving night I couldn't get the air to shut off! It was so cold in the house. I couldn't wait to go to work the next day to warm up. The operations manager came out on Black Friday (because he gave all his employees the day off) to fix the problem. He even had to run to Home Depot on one off the busiest days of the year to get a wire. Bless him!! I've had heat all weekend. We plan to add a second story next year. Guess who we will call for a new unit? You got it! AZ Perfect Comfort. read more

My A/C units broke down. I have 3 on a old home. Unfortunately I am with American Home Shield warranty company. To make this short...I was finally allowed and approved for a new unit after 7 weeks. The day finally came and the A/C unit was to be installed. This AZ perfect comfort installation team comes by to start work for $1700.00 to install this unit. I have to sign a disclaimer if their is any roof damage. Me thinking this is odd, all they are doing is removing it from my flat foam roof. Well they had to cut away the roof on one side of the A/C unit. They could of informed me in any of the previous weeks. Instead I now have to have a estimates for over $2000.00. One would think a experienced company such AZperfectcomfort would of know this. I would find a better company if I was you. Thanks read more

Our new A/C unit from AZ Perfect Comfort was our 3rd (in 3 houses). They are honest, reliable, reasonable, and efficient. We moved into our new house and replaced the 19-year-old A/C system with a new, high efficiency one. Fred was fantastic about outlining our options, even explaining why we didn't need the most expensive systems. The installation was on time and professional, and the installers took the time to help us program the new thermostat. Not only that, but the installers of the original system had left a huge mess in the attic, which AZ Perfect Comfort cleaned up free of charge. We will always use AZ Perfect Comfort. They're honest brokers and go well above and beyond. read more

Temperature Pro came out to my home with 24 hours. My fiance and I just bought our first home together, after a few nights sleep we noticed the master bedroom did not get the airflow the rest of the house was getting. It turns out there was a piece blocking our vent to the master. We received photos of the blockage and saw the piece once it was removed. Temperature pro was affordable, they didn't try to make a small problem a big issue. If your looking for an honest company with competitive rates.... I recommend Temperature Pro! read more

First let me start with the customer service...top notch the entire time! From setting the appointment to confirming the appointment to the arrival of the technician, their process is extremely professional. I was in the process of selling my condo and the buyers realtor wanted me to add a $750 allowance for an issue the inspector flagged. I called AZ Perfect Comfort and the repair was an easy fix that saved me over $600. Honesty and integrity are the name of the game with this company. read more

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. When I told her it was 5 years old, she changed what she said to "it's middle aged." The technicians that came out told me that it's a good name, not "old" or "middle aged." I was told by the technicians that 15-20 years old is what qualifies as an older unit. Stacy has her aggressive sales tactics that she will use to try to convince you that you have no other choice but to replace your unit. Don't fall for it! I feel so bad for all the elderly/naive people that have probably believed her lies. She is on commission and will do anything to convince you to buy a new AC out of pocket and avoid the home warranty company. Every interaction I've had with Stacy has been difficult. We have been trying to use our home warranty to get the costs of the repairs covered, but her poor communication has caused several delays. The repairs should be covered under our policy, but, we decided to hire another contractor to do the job because we are so frustrated with waiting on this company to follow the protocol requirements by the home warranty. It is clear to me that this company only works with the home warranty companies in order to try to make sales and convince their customers that it's useless to use the home warranty. They tried to sell me a new, bigger unit, a "better" brand unit, insulation, etc... All I needed was one tiny part!! So glad we went Matt over at Desert Diamond! He was able to come out and get it fixed within an hour! read more

This company saved the day for me about this time of year last year. They did a good job and made sure my part was covered by warranty because I had a five year warranty on my AC and they got my AC working again ASAP. So anyways, the last few days I have been having issues with my AC unit and I wanted to do business with them again but I forgot their name so I called my State Farm agent who referred me to them last summer. So they give me the number and I give AZ Perfect Comfort a call and they find me in their system but the lady that answered the phone didn't seem to eager to earn my business but she did answer some basic questions and then placed me on hold but since I was on break at work and it was 110 degrees outside I decided to hang up after about 3-5 minutes of being on hold. I am giving a one star because this company never called me back even though I was a previous customer and they had my contact information. I tell you customer service these days is horrendous in the customer service field and with the competition being so tight in the Arizona market you would think AZ Perfect Comfort would want repeat business but I guess they don't. I will call my State Farm agent and ask for a different referral. read more

Did a great job and price was lowest of 8 estimates I received. They were punctual and customer service was great.

Great service, Julio is a great tech! This summer our AC has been struggling to keep up and can't maintain temps after 9am. Our power bill is higher than last year and we called in different company at the behest of our landlord. I'll call them Company A. Company A basically said the unit "runs great," the temp split is ok and all is as expected. They claimed nothing was wrong; no explanation for our issues other than "APS increased their rates," as if we don't know how to compare usage and performance one summer from the next. And as if increasing temps in the early morning is totally normal. We called in TemperaturePro for a second opinion and thank goodness we did. Julio identified that our compressor was running at its max. The AC unit being 17yrs old is still technically running within spec, but with the compressor running at such high amps, it's probably on its last legs. He didn't try to sell me a new unit, just gave me a heads up which I appreciate, and a reasonable explanation for my issues. Additionally, if the landlord is looking at a major purchase in the next couple years, I imagine he'd appreciate a heads up too. Julio also discovered that we had a clogged drain and the drain pan had filled to the point the water was draining from the emergency drain. The first company missed it and we were in danger of water damage in our ceiling. TemperaturePro just saved our bacon. Julio also found some air leaks in our main vent which he sealed. After receiving the invoice/pics from TemperaturePro, I had a conversation with the owner from Company A. He reviewed the notes from his techs and compared against TemperaturePro's. He basically confirmed that TempPro was right and the reason why Company A didn't tell me about the compressor was because they got accused of upselling in the past and had been in hot water. While I understand where they were coming from, I want a company who will give me the facts, not to insulate me from information just so they don't get perceived as "selling something." Honesty and transparency is what I want, and I got that from TempPro. I really don't care what the motive behind Company A's withholding the full story was, I am entitled to know the facts. Company A's tech also claimed they topped off our coolant and told our landlord the same thing, but they didn't make any notes on our account nor was anyone charged, so the owner wasn't thrilled to hear that. The owner from Company A also apologized for missing the plugged drain, said they usually only check that during a (paid) routine maintenance session. However, Julio said when compromised performance is a complaint, checking things like drains are on his checklist to look at, even in an initial inspection. Bottom line, TemperaturePro I trust. Julio obviously knew his stuff and gave me the facts without any sales pitch. He was incredibly thorough and professional and showed us what he found throughout the inspection. When our AC finally fails, they'll be the ones I'll call. Thanks Julio!! read more

I've now had two 5-star experiences with AZ Perfect Comfort! Last month we had a crisis at work and they came to our rescue within a few hours - went above and beyond both in work performed and explaining about our systems. Then this week my a/c at home went out as well. Again, GREAT customer service, prompt, professional and on time. I feel like I really understand the issue and the solution. So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so. I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement, but I wasn't sure who I could trust. Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro! The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family; he explained (in English) what was wrong and what was needed. When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros and cons of each. It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for us. Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean. The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure that everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life! read more
