Same day service and quickly found and fixed my dryer issue. Friendly and helpful. Explained the problem and the fix. Thanks.

First of all phone # is 602-883-2351 So I have a 20 year-old direct Dr. whirlpool basic washer that started to make the sound like it was got rocks in the bottom of the unit while cleaning I priced new units talk to a real estate friend of mine and got these people as a Referal the scheduling system is AI and it worked extremely well. Just be a human being and give it what it wants. Vladimir is the owner of the business. He was my Referal Steve was my technician. Steve had to go get a $60 plastic part the cost for them to come out is $125. My total bill was 185. It took a day and a half because of having to get parts I had a chance to clean all the parts so that when my machine was reassembled, it didn't have 12 years of dog and human grossness, it truly wasn't that bad but still. I will call these guys again and again less is more if you have older stuff it was built better than the new stuff that's on the market appliance wise again this was a washer. I would trust they would do fine with a high-quality oven range or dishwasher. Yep, I'll use them again. Cheers five stars. read more

Phoenix Appliance Services - Old school whirlpool washer that runs like new. Thank you for you service/ honesty & professionalism. 5 Stars - Appliances & Repair Near Me

Great follow-up and honest repairman. Thanks for getting my fridge fan fixed and not charging an arm & a leg.

Came out to clean my old dryer and get it running again. Great job. Came on time and was very courteous.

I requested an estimated quote for repair to our refrigerator. The service line provided me with a $95 for the service charge that would go towards the repair. After asking for an estimated quote of the repairs, I was told they didn't have a crystal ball to provide me with a rough estimate on repairs from a distance. So I decided to politely let them know, I would continue my search for a company that had said crystal ball. No, but in all seriousness - how you speak to people really determines how you conduct and run your business. Nothing against them, wish them well but I would caution you if you decide to use their services. read more

Technician called at time of service and said that they can't and won't do the service. He said he just read the AI transcript. We tried calling the main number again and can't get through the AI agent to talk to anyone. Very frustrating for a simple request to remove dryer to check for lint clogging. We planned this two weeks ago to be at home. read more

This company is a scam. had a tech come out to diagnose an ECO code on my LG refrigerator and was unable to test the circuit board because he did not have the correct Multimeter. Came back for day two and tested and said he fixed the wiring harness in the door by installing electrical tape on the harness. Charged my wife $95 dollars only to find 30 minutes after he left that the code returned. Been trying to get ahold of their office and have been unable to reach them due to their AI prompt. Emailed Vlad from the confirmation email and it's been a week with no response. Do not use these guys! read more

These guys are great. Came out on short notice and quickly and accurately assessed and fixed my problem (less than 50 minutes from arrival to departure). I feel like I have a good pulse on when a home service or repair person is less than honest about what needs to be repaired and I felt nothing but honesty and kindness with these guys. Would recommend to anyone needing a home appliance repair. Scott was my tech and he was awesome on many levels (knowledgeable, kind, honest). Highly recommend. read more

Phoenix Appliance Repair has helped us twice over the years and both times were excellent services. The first time was years ago with the owner's son and he went above and beyond regarding helping me with the knowledge needed to make the best decisions for the repairs as well as fixing our appliances at affordable prices and providing tips for maintaining the appliances. He didn't try to oversell any of their services or mislead me into paying for anything extra or unnecessary. He had a calm and friendly demeanor while remaining professional and helpful. The second time was the owner and he was also amazing (with basically the same feedback as above). He also went above and beyond with sharing helpful knowledge and not trying to sell me anything we didn't need. He also had a similar demeanor as above and shared great tips for us moving forward. His prices aren't high and he didn't overcharge me. I'll definitely continue using Phoenix Appliance Repair and have had only helpful experiences. read more

I've used Phoenix Appliance Services for many years. They've repaired just about every major appliance in my home. They always come prepared for the fix and on-time. Scheduling is easy and they are usually available the same or next day. read more

On time, courteous, knowledgeable. Great communication. Very happy. .

This is an update from my previous review. My persistence payed off to finally talk directly to the owner about my issues. He is a very understanding person and offered to fix my dryer himself. He did a very thorough job and charged me a very fair price for his excellent work. He stands behind his technician and apologized for my previous experience with the company. I am so grateful to have a working dryer and to be able to give a better review of my experience. read more

Seemed nice at first. They explain the service fee of $85 in order to arrive and diagnose the issue. Then "the fee is credited towards the cost of the repair." Very understandable. The only problem is... From my experience anyway, once the fee was paid and they left... They ghost you. I tried to call and schedule the repair... NOTHING. Can't get a hold of them, so they took the service fee money and now we are forced to buy a new fridge instead. However, it would have been $1,000 to repair the fridge, and now that I can't trust them, I know I couldn't have trusted their work anyway. So we spent $2k on a new fridge from Lowe's and are happy with that. read more

Great experience. Would definitely use their services again. All the was required was texting them a photo brand and model number of the refrigerator, define the problem and they came out and repaired it. read more

I reached out to this company because my ice machine was broken. At first, they were responsive and friendly and were able to come to my house quickly to diagnose the issue. They told me my ice machine was broken and they would get back to me with a price and when they could install it. I didn't hear from them for a few days so I reached out and they said it was on back order to 10-12 days and then I asked for a price and that was pretty much the last time I heard from them. A month later, after not hearing from them, I reached out again through Yelp, and they said they would have the technician reach back out again. Still haven't heard from them and it's been a month and a half. I reached out to another company on Thursday and they replaced it for me on Friday for a great price. Avoid this company. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The repair gentleman sorry I forgot his name, was polite and professional. He explained that there was nothing wrong with the washing machine. That I had inadvertently thought there was one. In the interim, he found a knob for my dryer that fit perfectly. I had been starting the dryer with a wrench for ten years! I highly recommend the services of this company fair and honest. I appreciate the fact that he didn't take advantage of an older woman and helped with something that he wasn't initially called in to repair. read more

They actually didn't do any service for me due to me being out of their servicing zip code. but they were very helpful on the phone and even referred me to another reputable company that could help me! Very much appreciated! read more

When my dishwasher stopped working and my refrigerator started acting up on the Christmas weekend, I was more than worried. Phoenix Appliance Service came out and was a lifesaver. They were quick, friendly, polite, thorough, and fair. I'm sure they could have up charged my for unneeded repairs, but instead I got the good news that both were relatively quick, and easy repairs! They showed what was wrong, what they were going to do to fix it, and even what I could do next time to fix it myself. Phoenix Appliance Service is getting my business again! read more

Very highly recommended! Beyond helpful, very reliable and responsive. Thank you!!!!!!!

Easy to schedule and great availability. Technician was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and able to fix the issue. Honest.

We have a 15 year old Thermador built-in refrigerator and the freezer stopped working. we called around and some repairmen suggested that it would not be easy to fix and it was time for a new fridge. New version costs over $10,000. We contacted Vladimir and he was set on repairing our freezer. He did some trouble shooting and was able to repair the freezer for a very reasonable price. Vladimir could have easily recommended a new refrigerator but he saw the value in our refrigerator and said that they don't make them like this model anymore. He takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist. We will use Vladimir for all our appliance repairs going forward. read more

Our fridge was leaking water on a daily basis, our ice machine broke and out freezer was no longer freezing. After being scammed on a thermostat issue earlier in the year by a well-known, large-scale company, my anxiety was at an all-time high when searching for an appliance repair service. Fortunately I stumbled on this Yelp page and was satisfied with the reviews that I read. I also liked that it's a family owned business (with my own experience, I find them to be more honest). Vladimir quick to respond to respond to our call and came out to help us ASAP. He was friendly, honest and priced fairly. I would HIGHLY recommend his services. It's nice to know we now have an appliance man that we can trust. Thank you! read more

My refrigerator started to lose the cooling and of course my first response is Yelp. Trusted reviews. Anyhow, called Phoenix Appliance Repair and their guy too my information and told me a repairman will call me back within 2 hours. Nick called back within 20 minutes and I sent him a picture of the freezer and the model number inside the refrigerator. Nick got back to me and scheduled an appointment the next day. Sweet Anyhow, Nick assessed the problem and gave me options. I could defrost the freezer my self or he could manually. I liked this. Giving me options if I wanted to save money or not. I allowed him to defrost manually and he found out the heater in the freezer was old and worn out. Nick fixed it within an hour or so and cleaned up. Nick was very good. Assessment was on target, professional, and was willing to explain what was going on. I appreciated Phoenix Appliance Services. Quick, clean, on-time, and next day appointment. Any other appliance issues, I'm sure to call them read more

Service area is wrong via both Yelp and the initial call. I'm adding this review so that the online map is updated and so others aren't accidentally left in a situation where they have to scramble to find another technician. 1) The service area map on yelp is very wrong. It includes Mesa, but apparently the service area stops less than halfway through Mesa. 2) Even with providing my cross streets and area wrt freeways over the phone I was initially given the ok. Only to find out two days later that I was out of their service area. Maybe having a clear delineation of whom and where you serve will help others in my position not loose time thinking I've found someone to help me. I highly recommend Phoenix Appliance ! Nick was fantastic!!! When he came to look at the job (fridge, ice maker & washer valve) he also pointed out that my hoses behind the washer were corroded & needed replacing. Service is very prompt and technician was friendly, wore a mask, and washed hands immediately upon entering our home. We needed our ice maker fixed. Technician stated we needed a new one for $280, our $75 service fee would go towards that total. We paid for the service in full once the ice maker was installed and he said give it 24 hours to work. After 48 hours and doing all the resets, we still were not getting ice. Technician came back out immediately and found the issue. There was no way he could have known the issue without the ice maker working. We had ice generating within a few hours. There was no charge for the second visit and the technician followed up the next day to make sure we had ice! Highly recommend this company, we had a great experience! read more

Our fridge began to make an odd and annoying noise - I contacted Phoenix Appliance Repair and was almost instantly texted back to arrange a visit the very next day (I think it could have even been same day but we were not in a rush as everything was still working) Vladimir was so flexible and kind, it was also really convenient to text directly instead of trying to call/voicemail/call back etc etc. When he arrived during our agreed time, he was polite and super efficient. Everything was fixed really quickly. I will definitely use these services again for any and all appliance needs! read more

I rarely rate a company this low but this one takes the cake. We have a large commercial type oven in our house and while my wife was using the self clean function on one side, it died in the middle of the cycle. No warning, no nothing. Just dead. One oven down and the door is locked and no power to that side of the oven. I go to my trusty Yelp app and look for an appliance company that has good reviews and a good rating. I request a quote from them but I mistakenly didn't ask for three quotes from different companies. I assumed this was going to be a one stop shop and they would fix our problem and all would be good in the world. WRONG. First I get a text acknowledging my request and that I needed to call or text another number to set up an appointment. I text and a tech reaches out to me. We finally connect after missing his call and he asks me for pictures (which I sent in to them on Yelp-trying to be proactive and stay ahead of the curve). I told him the company already should have them but he asks me to send them to him again. I am in a car in the middle of nowhere and losing cell coverage quickly. I had to basically beg him to contact his manager for the pics. However, I decide that I will try and expedite this process as fast as I can so I pulled over and found the pics and sent them to him anyway. He then calls me and asks if it has wheels. I explain that it doesn't and that he will need another person to pull it out or some special tools to get it out. Next thing I know, I am getting a call from their office saying they "don't have the manpower" to do my job. I asked them how many men they have and he says 7. Hmmmm, you can do my job initially and we speak and do some texting but when you find out this is not a 20 pound stove from grandma's house, you suddenly don't have the manpower. I am calling B.S. on this. I told the person who called me I was not happy about this. Didn't seem to matter. I am attaching a picture of my stove so you can see for yourself. If you have a stove that is of any quality, you may want to save yourself some time and call a different company. These guys are looking for easy small jobs apparently. I give them two thumbs down! Three days WASTED. Have to start over with another company. read more

Very expensive, but gets the job done quickly and professionally. We are in the process of selling our condo to move into our newly purchased home, and low and behold, our dryer goes out in the condo. Because we are buying brand new appliances for our house, we did not want to pay for a new dryer in the unit we are selling. We were able to get a next day appointment to have our dryer looked at. Turns out there was a lot of build up in our vent and the thermal sensor (which is a fuse) went out. Unfortunately, the technician did not have the part on hand and had come back the following day. Despite this, he was willing to put the dryer back together and back in the laundry closet since we had scheduled showings later that afternoon and the following morning. The next day the technician showed up as promised and promptly repaired our faulty dryer. While the service was expensive considering the part was like $5 and we paid $260, we were happy to have the problem fixed and the dryer working until we sell the place. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable enough to know what the problem was right away. I would use this company again in the future if needed. read more
