The technician told my son that the handle was broken. My son doesn't live here and would have no way of knowing if the handle was broken. It was NOT broken previous to the technician coming. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 is due to the cost. My dryer turned out to be fine, a piece inside fell off. It was 60$ for the tech to just put the piece back in place. It did take him about 25 min to get it put back on and the dryer back together, but I still feel like 60$ was a lot for just putting a piece back in place. Just my personal opinion. The tech did offer a 90 day "warranty" if the piece falls off again, they will put it back on for free again or put that 60$ towards the replacement of the piece, so that is very nice. I'm a yelp stickler, otherwise I would have given a 5 stars probably. Great service, just think 60$ was a little high.
