First and foremost, Conner raises the bar for Best-in-Class Appliance Repair Technicians! I FOUND OUR DRYER REPAIR EXPERIENCE WITH CONNER TO BE BEYOND TOP NOTCH (MAY 2023). Conner shows up and his hand is wrapped in a protective trauma splint, having just smashed it while working on an appliance the day or so before, so the guy literally is one-handed. He then proceeds to repair our dryer as if he had another invisible arm and hand. He got that thing apart with finesse and skill somehow managing with only one decent hand. It was awesome and he wasn't a hacker, beating the tar out of our dryer like some Joe 6-pack (a low-quality repair guy who will do any job for a 6-pack of cheap beer.) Not hard to imagine the discomfort from throbbing pain the guy endured to deliver his brand and take care of his family, a very respectable ethic. I offered to give him a hand (couldn't resist the pun) when he needed it and he thanked me, but never asked. RESPONSIVE AND QUICK TO SCHEDULE. He was responsive through my Yelp messaging request and scheduled our dryer repair quickly. When he arrived, the problem was as we thought, a failing belt. He also suggested the wisdom of replacing another related item (I forgot the part), as it was wearing and also typically goes soon after the factory belt, indicating the high probability of saving us money from not having to pay him labor to come back out in a month or so and open up the dryer again! Conner earned more of out trust in that moment, not to mention it is a suggestion a homeowner loves to receive. COMPETITIVE PRICING. His pricing was very competitive, even though we weren't shopping for the cheapest option, but rather preferring sooner scheduling and quality. I just remembered I hadn't written him this review (he didn't ask, just something I felt was merited) and am about to leave him a voicemail asking him to schedule a replacement on our most recent need, a squeaky washer belt. Connor was great. He responded promptly to my online request. He provided information about the error code on my refrigerator before he even came out to look at the fridge, so I felt he was knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He let me know his cost up front to come out to my home. And then he even saved me money by not installing a part I didn't need. The fan motor that was installed when we bought the fridge new was all gunked up, so he cleaned it up and put it back in. He said he had seen that a lot lately with some brands. I was a little apprehensive about using a company with so few reviews. That said, all six were positive so I took the chance. Conner, the young energetic owner of the company was very responsive to my initial inquiry. My clothes dryer failed when I put some items in it to dry and showed an error code "F01". I tried to reset everything by unplugging the unit with no success. I made my inquiry on YELP and got at least three different contacts. I chose Alpine Appliance Repair. Conner was at my home the next day and did his technician thing on the clothes dryer. He discovered a burned out relay on the Control board and said he would fix it, if possible. He called me the following morning and said he had received the relay and that he could have the repair done that night or the following day. Thats service! Called in morning and Connor arrived later in the day at the time promised and performed the repairs to our Whirlpool washer. He had the parts needed with him. The cost was $223.36 which included the two parts which was in my opinion very reasonable. Its been a couple weeks and the washer is working fine. My 7-year-old washing machine stopped working and was flashing an error code. Conner responded almost immediately to my request for a quote, scheduled an appointment the next working day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and called me as soon as it came in. We had Conner out to fix a broken ice maker in our freezer. He was on time, professional, friendly, and even tried to help us troubleshoot the issue via text before he arrived. When he did end up having to come out he was very knowledgeable and took the time to carefully inspect and disassemble our ice maker. He ended up fixing the issue just by re-assembling the thing, but before that he had sourced a replacement part and given us a quote right there on the spot. It didn't end up being necessary and our ice machine is now back to working flawlessly and he only charged us for his basic visit fee. We will use him again for any and all appliance issues we encounter and I would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a knowledgeable and determined independent repair person! read more

Made contact with him to explain our not so common problem with our dishwasher door not aligning properly.
