Marcus instantly responded to my text this morning and was available to address our many appliance…read moreissues: Refrigerator-plugged condensation pan; dishwasher-seemed to be running dry on and would not shut off; viking gas stove/oven-burner igniters clicking and large oven was not heating properly. Yeah, that was a lot but he told me it was not an issue. Marcus chose to work on the refrigerator system first to stop the melt water from hitting the floor-a more important issue than the oven and dishwasher-perfect triage! He was quick and thorough with the freezer compartment disassembly and repair. While I was disinfecting the freezer, Marcus worked on the dishwasher and found that its nearly 20-year circuit board brain had failed and that replacements were not available (I knew the unavailability of the board would probably be the case as a GE tech had warned me this would happen back in 2018). I asked him which brands were best and biggest pain to work on, and the info he provided also checked out with what I had heard from others. Finally, he checked out the stove top and realized the electrical connection to the igniter electrode was wiggled loose. Then he found the oven igniter electrodes needed to be replaced but ALSO that the right burner bar had gotten clogged and needed to be cleaned! Through all his work, Marcus took time to explain anything I was curious about. Bonus for me-I consider myself a "Jill of Many Trades," but I still learned some tricks and tips from him. :-) Marcus is super professional and extremely knowledgeable and fair with his pricing and offers warranty for his work.
