They have a service call charge of $59 which goes toward the repair if necessary. Anyways, the owner Richard came out to check our refrigerator. I explained what was going on and surprised but he told me that it's the compressor. He told me that he can try others options to but there is no guarantee and the compressor cost $900 which is almost half the cost of a brand new one. So he recommended to get a new one. Explained to us about refrigerator's and the manufacture who he recommends. Also, explained to us the store to go to, not to go to and why not. Very informative. So we went and bought a new one.
