So then he said I needed a new drum and that he'd order it. After waiting, the drum did finally come in... and that's when Arthur said it was stolen out of the back of his truck. It is now late JUNE. That is SIX MONTHS since this started. Still no drum. Still no working washer. Still no resolution after the part was supposedly stolen. I've never paid for the drum itself -- because it never made it to my house. But our household has paid in other ways: laundromats since January. Six months of quarters, driving, and wasted time. If the drum came in and was stolen, why don't I have a replacement 5-6 months later? What's the plan, Arthur? Every month it's another delay with no end in sight. The worst part? My husband doesn't want to call a new company, so I'm just stuck mad with a broken washer and no say in firing them.
