Very supportive knowledgable staff when we needed a clothes washer. Had an emergency need and made it a 24hr turnaround. Beat other bigger name appliance sellers price including the big box stores with a solid selection of appliances! While delivery add on charge was a little high, total price was a win! Delivery team was the best I have met in 40 years! Timely , neat and efficient in a courteous way. Bottom line, total experience was positive and professional not the used car sales approach!! In the end my Wife gave it a two thumbs up and I avoided the dog house! Haha read more

Best Home Appliance was recommended to me by a friend. I am very glad they did. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher. Tracey assisted me in the store. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery and installation went very well. They did a great job. I prefer local business over the big box stores. Best Home Appliance did not disappoint. I would recommend them for your next home appliance purchase. read more

The employees are all very helpful, especially Allan Schoon. The delivery and installation was excellent even with my tight space. I highly recommend Best Home Appliances. read more

We have used them several times [always ask for Allen]. they know their products, listen to our interests, clearly communicate any necessary change in plans and give us a good price. then they send out the best install team we've seen! 'polite, knowledgeable, informative and take serious care of our home when bringing in these large chunks of metal we plan to continue to stay away from the big box guys and the big local chain read more

We had to replace our microwave. Since we bought appliances from Best Home Appliances before and were pleased, we wanted to return. Once again we only have the highest praise. First, you can talk to someone on the phone and have questions answered clearly and without any rush. They have knowledge staff who can discuss features of products on the sales floor and compare to products that might not be on the floor. VERY knowledgeable a friendly folks. Installation was on schedule, quick and neatly done. Do yourself a favor next time you need a new appliance and go to Best Home Appliances. read more

Second review because they are that good... I've purchased two appliances from Best Home & am extremely pleased with both products. More importantly the customer service is top notch! They answer all your questions, schedule install for you and make you feel valid as a customer. I would highly recommend Best Home! read more

We bought a Wolf 48" range. The salesman Randy was very knowledgeable. The installation team did a terrific job. We love our new range. One opportunity for improvement would be for Best Home to have an electrician on tap if it is needed. The Wolf needed a 220v power source and it was tricky to coordinate the electrician we hired with Best Home's installation team. The electrician could not access the wall behind the Wolf because of an existing range. It needed a 2 man crew to remove the old range for the electrician to install the electrical connector. read more

Having worked with several various companies over the years, a designer friend recommended to us that we check Best Home Appliances out and gave us Terry's number. We are so glad that we took the advice! The entire process was so simple and Terry was very patient and helped us pick what we needed. Like so many other jobs, nothing on the remodel went the way we were expecting so there was delay after delay but Terry was always unfazed and worked with our schedule even with the several changes. They delivered on the day they said and the install was smooth. They will for sure be our new go to company for appliances in the future. read more

Second purchase in short period of time. Knowledgeable staff - didn't try to talk me into something more expensive than I needed. Delivery/installation as promised. Efficient-everything working great. read more

I received good advice from the staff, they were easy to do business with and the product was delivered and installed without a hitch. They met my expectations in every aspect. read more

Terry and the team are the best! Thank you for your patience and help to make our project a success.

Seldom give 5 star reviews but the folks at Best Home Appliances earned it by being darn easy to work with, very accommodating and prompt. Right from the beginning during my project's quoting phase, I knew they were different from the other appliance stores that I was also talking to because Best Home did not force me to take possession of my appliances after they received them. That was one key reason I went with them for sure. (In fact, my project was pretty severely delayed due to contractor issues and Best Home was hugely accommodating by agreeing to store my appliances until we were ready.). Another reason I went with them was that they were recommended by my cabinet maker, who has worked with their installers a number of times. I interacted with many folks on the Best Home team--from Allan in Sales to Andrew who handles scheduling and product logistics to Steve and his son who do the installing. All were uber helpful and my experience was a good one throughout the process. I would highly recommend that you consider Best Home when buying appliances. read more

The delivery of my Wolf double ovens was perfect, They were on time and made sure I knew how to operate my new unit. I am impressed with Best Home Appliances, but not so much with the Wolf customer service. They offered me a $3500.00 if I bought a new Wolf appliance but then decided not to honor their offer read more

I have been buying appliances from them for many years and recommended them to my children who also bought many appliances from them. Excellent appliances selection and great prices. The sale people are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend Best home appliances to anyone who needs new appliances. read more

Terry Wilfong was our salesperson, and was amazing! I had lots and lots of questions, and he always answered them quickly. Terry even helped me with issues that had nothing to do with the appliances that we purchased from Best Home. Like - how high should I put the backsplash behind the cooktop? Terry is a wealth of knowledge, and we felt very lucky to have purchased our appliances from him. Steve, the appliance installer, did a great job. He was very careful with our appliances and willing to help us when things didn't go exactly as planned. I would highly recommend Best Home Appliances! I only wish the rest of our remodel would have been great as our dealings with Best Home. read more

A very good experience. They have a good selection of appliances in the showroom. We were in the market for a new dishwasher. We brought our largest plate and tallest wine glass to test and found one that worked (Cove). The installer did a good job and we love the dishwasher. Highly recommend this store for selection and service! read more

Horrible customer service and installation. You are better off going to any other custom appliance store. I bought a $1700 Asko dishwasher from these guys. After the guy installed the unit, he left without saying a word. I didn't know if he was even done. They didn't show me that they tested anything, they didn't ask for a signature indicating the work was completed. They left 3 old dish racks on my kitchen counter. I called the store and rep. condescendingly said he would chastise the installer for not finishing the job. He then told me to put the racks in the garbage. I told them they are too large to fit in my trash can and they told me that I should illegally throw them in the dumpster at a grocery store the next time I go. This is the worst service I have ever had with an install. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else. read more

Best Home Appliances - They were supposed to remove the old dishwasher and dispose of the racks. Instead they left the racks on my kitchen counter. - Appliances Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Our 21 year old GE Profile Range needed a replacement part GE no longer makes. We selected a new range at Best Home Appliances after Allan Schoon showed us what options were available to us. We were contacted by Andrew to select an installation when the range was received by Best Home Appliances. Steve installed the range on the date we selected and did it professionally and efficiently. I appreciated him giving me the time to vacuum up 21 years of dust! Since the counter was built for our old range there were small gaps on the sides and back of the new range. Steve suggested I look for range gap fillers. I did and they work perfectly. Thank you, Steve! read more

I received a note with an apology for the way I was treated in their store, and a request to provide assistance in identifying the associate who told me to "go somewhere else." While I appreciate the gesture and decided to up the rating, I'm not interested in "outing" someone's employee, even after the abuse they heaped on my Yelp account following my initial review. I simply wanted to be left alone, and since that seems to have happened, I consider the matter closed. That said, I still can't recommend shopping there based on my personal experience. Clearly there's a wide spectrum based on the other reviews, and it appears to be very much a hit or miss type of place. For me it was a definite miss, and I have no plans to return. read more

My dad lives up in Sedona, and when his 20 year old sub zero died, I had trouble finding a local place that would deliver to Sedona. Best Home Appliances from beginning to end made it as easy as I had expected it to be - from a business 2 hours away. We arranged delivery once the refrigerator came in, the delivery people arrived precisely when they said they would - and new fridge installed, old one taken away-in a handful of minutes. read more

I bought a whole new set of kitchen appliances, Randy was amazing. He ensured that i had thought of everything. I feel like i got real value out of it too as the installation was incredible. In a time where we get used to waiting for things, they accelerated the delivery, met my timeframes for my kitchen and their delivery team under Steve were just brilliant. They dealt with all the issues of my kitchen and did not leave until it was all perfect. I really felt taken care of... it was awesome. read more

My experiences @ BestHome Appliances was THE best anyone could ever have. The sales team that helped me were very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the process I went through. The delivery team called me an hour before arrival and installed in a timely fashion with precision and accuracy. After the installation the installer explained in detail the operation of each appliance. When the installer left I couldn't tell he was even there. The clean up from my kitchen to where he set up to put together the appliances were spotless. I highly recommend Best Home Appliances to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen appliances. read more

Over the past 3 years I've have bought numerous appliances from Alan: Refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer. His honesty is beyond reproach. He has helped me and made suggestions which have all been helpful. The prices have been reasonable and either the same or cheaper than other retailers. The fact that the store is calm and someone can help you immediately is such a plus that I know longer bother shopping elsewhere for major appliances. read more

I purchased a new refrigerator because the price was great and have purchased from Best Home Appliance before. This time The result was bad. Delivery was promptly set up for the next day. To make a long story short, there are a set of stairs to reach the kitchen. No questions were asked setting up delivery and one man arrived before 8am. He clearly stated he could not deliver the unit alone. He would contact the store to explain and await another delivery time. Having heard nothing I contacted the store late that afternoon to learn that neither of the two delivery services could/would be able to deliver the refrigerator. I was even told Spencer's could probably deliver to me so I should check them out. I was offered a full refund. To say the least I was speechless. Is business this good to allow a sale to be reversed because of a set of stairs? I purchased the same refrigerator that evening from Spencer's and it was delivered(easily I might add) and installed as expected. When I received the email with receipt of the refund(which was prompt) there was no message, apology or regret for the purchase being reversed. I don't who owns BHA but can't believe it could be Andrew, the guy who told me they can't deliver the product. How many 2nd floor condos, apartments, houses with stairs are there in The Valley? I quess it's a boom for Spencer's! read more

I love Beat Home Appliances. They're very helpful with selecting my appliances and I got a great price! They tracked the arrival of all appliances and even added a few items that I wanted to add. Everything arrived on time. Their installers are amazing and professional too. read more

When our 14 year old GE Profile oven/microwave combination was starting to cost more money than it was worth our GE repairman recommended we look at a replacement at Best Home Appliances. We did and met with Randy Rice. What a great experience. He explained so much regarding GE's specs so that a new unit would be a perfect fit to our old and the one we selected has so many features. The microwave can even be converted to a 2nd oven! Randy was very patient with me regarding my questions over a 3 week period. We committed to the purchase and the install company they use, CDW Install, were terrific. Cannot say enough good things about this fabulous purchase. Thank you Randy!!!!! read more

We went into Best Home Appliances as we were doing some kitchen upgrades and. We're looking for a range and microwave. Randy was with another customer but came over and said he would be with us as soon was he was finished which only took a few minutes. He was great in helping us out showing us several ideas about what might work for us and the ;pros and cons of each. The only caveat was we did this about two years ago when everyone was having issues with getting parts and shipping. It took us about five months to get them but Bet Home kept us informed whenever they got an update, We were also very happy with the install as well. We would used them again without hesitation read more

We have purchased all of our appliances from Terry at Best Home Appliances for over 20 years; they moved location a few doors down to expand -- indeed the larger showroom allows you to inspect the many brands offered but it is the excellent customer service with knowledgeable and honest information, best pricing and references for professional installation, one needs look no further. They are the BEST. read more

We recently made a whole house appliance purchase from Best Home Appliances and spent $50k on Miele appliances including, built in steam oven, coffee maker, washer, dryer, microwave, convection oven etc. Beautifully equipped kitchen. Allan was great throughout the sales process and the installation went smoothly. Terry handled our first whole house purchase 17 years ago and we had the same result. Would not hesitate to recommend and or purchase from them again. Quite pleased. read more

Bought a very expensive range at this place and it's broken. The issue is that they don't keep records longer than 2 years. I guess they don't expect their Appliamce to last very long. I'm in need of the serial number and unfortunately Best Home Appliamce is unable to give this information to me. I have bought appliances from Spencer's 11 years ago and was able to retrieve this information when I need to replace my water softener. Guess I chose the wrong appliance dealer. read more

So here's the deal- you can buy appliances anywhere now, from Walmart to Best Buy to Amazon to local chains like Spencer's. They're all selling the same stuff for the same prices within a couple hundred dollars. So when you spend over $11,000 in new appliances for a kitchen remodel, at what you perceive to be an independently owned/operated appliance store--you at least expect your choice in retailer to have some modicum of friendliness and customer service. (Especially when our designer sent us there and will also be hearing about the poor experience thus far.) I understand we're still in a pandemic and supply chains are a complete mess. So this review has nothing to do with the fact that most of our appliances are still backordered. It has everything to do with the fact that any time I contact this company to check on status or to arrange pick up of what HAS already arrived, I'm treated like I'm inconveniencing them. (To be clear it has been twice since our purchase end of August and the reason I have to call them is because they certainly do not let me know when any of my order has arrived.) In today's social media and review based society it seems like business suicide to treat well paying customers who are being polite, patient, and understanding with with disdain and blatant undertone of being 'inconvenienced' and would rather be doing anything else than helping a client (who just spent over $10 K in their store figure what had arrived and what is still back ordered.) Unfortunately now in addition to replacing our entire kitchen appliance set, we also need to replace our washer and dryer. However I will certainly NOT be buying these appliances here, due simply to the poor attitude and customer service I have received thus far. I tried but at this point am frustrated enough to write this review- and would steer anyone clear of this place- unless you're looking to be treated poorly. read more

Randy is truly an amazing asset to Best Home. He knows more about appliances than anyone I have ever met. He gives you complete, accurate information for you to make your purchase decision. I have made multiple purchases with Randy, and will always refer everyone I know to him! read more

Beautiful store, great selection, knowledgeable sales people. Great place to visit when shopping for new appliances.

We were very impressed with our installer, Corbin. His professionalism, knowledge, expertise, courtesy and care were all beyond reproach. His installation in our new kitchen was performed in a manner that appeared both skilled and effortless and upon completion looked perfect. At the conclusion of the installation, he cleaned the entire area and reviewed all he'd done with us. He left us feeling excited and confident about our new appliances. We highly recommend him. read more

Great experience working with Randy. We appreciated his expertise and knowledge of a situation which has become very difficult in getting appliances from the manufacturers. If you are in need of an appliance, I suggest you go somewhere else. Two delivery dates were promised for a dishwasher and none were kept. I wanted to cancel as they are unreliable. The salesperson (AS initials) told me a had a contract and he could not give me a credit. I had to reverse the charge with Visa as the salesman never did. He hung up on me. .............stupid person!!! Go anywhere but DON'T BUY FROM BEST HOME APPLIANCES. read more

Best Home Appliances on Bell Rd/Tatum Blvd in Phoenix has been my go-to store for all home appliances imaginable, for the past 20-plus years. I have had terrific customer service and have always had easy installations. For a couple of different homes I have purchased refrigerators, washers/dryers, microwaves, dishwashers, ranges, an ice maker, and a freezer. The showroom is very nice, and full of high-end appliances. The prices are very fair. My sales rep, Terry W. is one of the big reasons that I continue to support this store. If I ever have a problem, he fixes it immediately. He doesn't "drop the ball". I will continue to refer this store to my friends, and I always recommend they speak with Terry if they want good, knowledgeable service. read more
