With that assurance, we purchased the cooktop comfortably, knowing they would take it back if it wasn't functioning. In the store, Tanner carefully held it for us to see from the bottom so we could see it. My husband mentioned that the box was damaged and Tanner said it didn't affect the appliance because the glass top was still in good shape. When we got it home and lifted it out of the box by the glass top (which it is supposed to hang from), it was not attached to the bottom. Tanner told us to call Electrolux. They said it was unsafe to use and they would not repair it. We did not drop or damage the appliance in any way. We brought it back to the shop but they would not give us back our $1500. Tanner said he would glue it back together and resell it. Tanner also told us the dishwasher we bought was brand new and in perfect condition, probably overstock he said, but it has a loud popping sound every time we open it. We had a horrific experience with this shop and will never return.

Other dealers wanted to sell me bigger side by sides or would charge to deliver and another change to take away the old appliance (Spencer's). They also wanted to sell me a separate (new) hook up for the water, another $15. Yanira had what I wanted and the price was right and did not charge for delivery or removal of old frig. Unfortunately, the frig that was delivered (after I had water line fixed in wall) would not work the ice maker. Yanira and Anna both arranged for a new ice maker to be installed (2nd trip). Still ice maker would not co-operate and refused to provide me with ice. Now the GOOD part comes, Not wanting to be out done, Yanira and Anna got me another 30" frig with ice maker. Keep it hooked up over two nights to make sure it would work and then at my convenience, delivered it (3rd trip) and had it installed.
