I asked a young employee for help but he seemed to be new so he walked up the isle to Robert to ask for help. Robert yells "what do you want?!" The kid says something & Robert says "go help her, I'm busy" as he's NOT helping anyone. Then he tells the kid "go get someone else to help her. What does she want?!" ALL this as I'm standing at the end of the isle where I could clearly hear him & his LOUD refusal to help the kid help me. He FINALLY walks over & I tell him to not speak to the kid like that in front of customers & that the way he was talking to him & about me was rude and not good customer service.
