Obsessed with this store! The girls here are hilarious, super sweet, and seriously know their stuff. They hooked me up with a great deal and made the whole shopping trip way more fun than I expected. They even helped me test the foot massager and purifier before buying (since they were final sale), which I really appreciated--it gave me peace of mind knowing everything worked perfectly. Don't go to this store if you are looking for deals and customer service because it doesn't exist. specially if you have children with you This morning I was in the store with my family along with several other family with small children and one of the employees with short hair yell out loud in the store to grab the children and that it was not a park or a playground as you can imagine, the store was already chaotic because it was a Saturday. If ou don't mind looking through lots of shelves this is the place for you. My husband and I were looking for some household items and thought we'd check this place out. It's fairly small in the middle of a strip mall in a not so nice neighborhood. As you walk in you are greeted and in a small room with lots of tools and such. Most are in bins you have to look through. As you walk into the back you find the room is long and narrow with an abundance of treasures. You name it, they have it. Furniture, lawn and garden, housewares, fireplaces, lawn equipment. You must inspect the furniture some of its damaged. They day we went all furniture was 50% off. We bought 4 new dining room chairs and 2 headla.p flashlights for $60. Vally Discounts is a great place to go if you don't have anything to do on a weekend afternoon. read more

Had a product had it put aside in the front register and they still sold it after I informed the person in the front they said they were gonna put it aside for me . , poor communication with in staff. They don't communicate and staff favorites other customers that are friends instead of being equal to all customers Glendale location does better communication with staff and honors customers who put things aside while shopping! read more

FRAUD. They posted "cobalt blue fire glass" bags on OfferUp. We asked how many bags they had, and they said 5. They knew we lived 40 minutes away, but are so desperate for customers at their crappy store that they are willing to lie to get people out there. They tried to get us to pay upfront on OfferUp. Thank heavens we did not do this. When we arrived within the hour, they had only one (1) bag of the blue fire pit glass. They confessed that they only ever had one bag. They tried to get us to buy 4 other bags of random other colors. This was a waste of 2 hours of our time and a lot of gas. They were unapologetic. Look on Google -- they have cheated lots of other people with lies and defective items. BEWARE and protect yourself from people like this -- people who are willing to lie, defraud you and have no respect for your time. read more

I found them on Offer Up and purchased a mist fan from them. It works great, and all the parts were there! I worked with a gentleman who was fantastic! I wish I could remember his name! buyer beware! these scamers sell retale products returned to the store! 100% trash! i bought a compressor labeled "open box (never used)...that is a bald faced lie. the box looked ok...when i got it home the unit was trashed, dirty, all scraped up...both factory quick connects were replaced with cheep proprietary ones. useless. the on/off-air regulator switch did not work and the unit did not hold air. complete trash! when i returned it they said" well, that's how it goes"...excuse me? they never inspected the item but sold it as "never used". dishonesty at best...fraudulent is more like it. do not buy from either location...their rent and wages cause them to sell pure garbage they bought at auction. read more

I was looking for a Husky table and was ready to go to Home Depot to buy one. These guys had one posted on Offer Up for 70.00 cheaper. I decided to go check them out, Not expecting much. They were great and helpful...The employees took me to what i was looking for (Table in a box on the shelf). They were courteous and helpful and had no reservations about helping me load it in my truck. I was a little uneasy at why it was so cheap. i immediately went home to assemble still skeptical. All the parts were there, and it went together perfectly. I will defiantly be going back again. Great job to this place...No bait and switch...No games...No worries...You should give them a chance. read more

Excepted my offer for an item that I was very willing to come to pick up (even with a newborn and facing more than an hour drive) but THEY offered delivery telling me it would take a week which I said was not a problem. They then proceeded to lower the price and sell the item one day later. Was looking at 3 other items to add to said delivery but will no longer be inquiring. read more

This place has a nice variety of items, tools, furniture, tents, lawnmowers, light fixtures, seat cushions, cabinets, etc. The staff are friendly, I have bought items in the store and online, then picked them up there at good prices. Never any issues. If something doesn't work you can bring it back. They now have two locations check the original on Buckeye and a new larger location in the north valley. The north valley has a lot more furniture in addition to tools. I hope you enjoy shopping there as much as I do. read more

Beware of this company. I talked to the owner (employees were clear it was the owner I had been communicating with) for days about a specific item they had posted on offerup. I told her this was 45 minutes from where I live. I have pretty severe anxiety driving, but had been looking for this item. I purchased a couple things needed to install the item. I let the owner know I was on my way and they replied see you soon. I get there and the employees are so confused because they sold that item several days before. I messaged the owner hoping it was a mistake and that I'd wait in my car for them to sort it out. It showed she saw my messages, but wasn't responding. I finally left and then she "apologized for the inconvenience". The funny thing is the advertisement for this item remains very active. Look out for the bait & switch and call the actual employees in the warehouse if you are looking for a specific item. Very bad way to do business! read more
