Super cute store.Horrible customer service spent almost fifty three dollars, and eight of the ten pens I bought.Don't work.I called them.And she said, okay, I said, well, what can we do about that?Even though you say all sales are final literally been one day that your pens don't work.And she said sorry about that. Happened across the store. I didn't even know it opened so I went in to check it out. It's like $1.75 store that has other stuff but the best part is most of its Japanese I think. The prices are all different so don't think everything's $1.75. They have a lot of imported stuff. It was absolutely so fun to look at everything. And try all the different kinds of lays hot squid. Sweet basil. And some other. They had snacks and goodies. The owners are super nice. I would definitely stop in and try it if you haven't been there. read more

It is tucked in a corner in the plaza. The place is cute but they had all these people hanging out in front of it. The inside is small but they have a lot of things. I found many things I wanted. The staff was nice enough to tell me to grab another can of soda because they buy 2 get 1 50%. Deal! read more

While the concept is similar to that of a dollar store, there are two major differences: the items are $1.75 unless marked otherwise, and all of the goods are Japanese - including the snacks. What a fun place to shop for home, kitchen, office, and personal grooming accessories. Good quality Japanese stuff, very cutesy but also nicely functional and decorative. Amazing prices! Almost everything is $1.50! Which looking at some items, you'd be surprised! I thought the things I chose would surely be around $4 each but they weren't, I paid around $4 in total instead! Great little gem! Cutie= Daiso Lite! This small unassuming building is basically like a mini Daiso. I'm not sure how it works that a seemingly non-affiliated Daiso store can carry Daiso brand products but it's great that you can buy all the same stuff you can find at a Daiso. I actually did see some of the same products sold here that I had seen at Daisos in California a few months ago when I visited LA and San Diego so the stock seems pretty up to date. Everything is $1.50 unless noted. You'll browse through here and find things you didn't know you needed, but have to have now since the prices are so cheap. The store is small but they pack as many items in here as they can and aisles are a little narrow too. Some examples of items they sell here include batteries, containers, purse hooks, sticky notes, laundry bags, spatulas, Pocky and ramen. There's a little bit of everything in this store. One other plus of shopping here during their grand opening period is that they give you a free tote bag for a $10+ purchase which we easily achieved while shopping here. Service was quick and friendly. Too bad they don't have a similar store closer to where I live, I'd shop there all the time! read more

Japanese 100 yen shop is in Phoenix!!!! Just opened about 10 days ago, they sell some of favorite 100 yen shop stuff from Daiso. Much smaller than any Daiso shops I've been to in California but plenty of stuff available for sale! Unless otherwise noted, all are only $1.50 each. I've been wanting to replace rice and soup bowl at home and finally got some plus some kitchen stuff for my house. Owners were super friendly and store was very organized and clean. She said if I have specific stuff I want from Daiso, she will get them for me! I like to stop by Daiso whenever I am in the area in California, now one is right here in Phoenix, not too far from my office. Japanese 100 yen shops has so much cute and useful stuff. Looking forward to coming back to check out more stuff. read more

I know what I'm getting my niece for Christmas. It's going to be a Christmas card with a homemade certificate for $25 for the Cutie store. That way she and I could go together and find lots of pretty stuff. The store was just so much fun. This shop is pretty small so it gets packed rather quickly, but it is worth visiting. It is completely packed full of a huge range of goodies, you'll feel like a kid in a candy shop trying to look at everything. We love visiting there as a family, we usually each find something we want to pick up and the snack selection is amazing. Plus a majority of the products in the store are $1.50 which is amazing, makes a great place for affordable finds and for affordable gifts for various occasions. read more

Cutie is a super cute store in the north valley! I miss having a Daiso near me and thanks to Cutie, I don't have to suffer anymore. There are a bunch of useful and cute items at an affordable price. Cutie utilizes every square inch of their space! There is a wide selection of items to choose from. You can pick up things for arts and crafts, storage, skin care, small electronics, even things for the garden. Who would have thought this place exists here in North Phoenix?! read more

As you can see I got some art supplies, because Japanese stationary is usually very high quality and I was definitely not disappointed! I can't wait to start crafting! We were so excited when we discovered the Cutie Store. We especially love the Disney products from Daiso, which you can't get anywhere else in town since there's no Daiso store here. They have the greatest little unique $1.50 Disney items packed into this several places of this small shop. My wife just wants to buy out the store when she comes! I also tried a couple of the snack food items, since you don't find Japanese food products just any old place here in Phoenix. We'll keep coming back for sure! read more

This place is everything and more in what I was expecting in a Japanese gift shop. They have cute little kitchen items, beauty items, mini plant pots and paper/office products and stationary and staple gummy/hi-chew candy. Everything is inexpensive and this is a great place for fun stocking stuffers...prob more on the girly side. I happened to find shrinky dink plastic too. I have been planning to make keychains/crafts out of it. I would never have guessed a place like this existed in north Phx. I loved Daiso when I lived in CA, so finding this tiny (and I do mean tiny!) Japanese dollar-type store was a delight. I know, we really don't need another dollar store and I certainly don't need anymore "stuff" but somehow I came out of there with a bag of origami papers, interesting little pots for my baby cacti (I think they are really tea cups), little containers and pretty chopsticks to use with the sushi I am going to make "someday" . The parking is horrendous and it is difficult to get out of the lot onto Cave Creek Rd. and the hours are weird (afternoons only). I had a great time there and managed to annoy my family for several days while the catchy store song stayed in my head. This is a fun place with friendly, helpful employees. Check it out! read more

I really loved my visit today to this Daiso-inspired store in N.Phx. It's a little tucked away but google maps can take you right to the door. Once you're inside it's quite the treasure trove of Japanese things to discover. The parking is a little wonky but not bad. If you have an SUV, park on the north side of the parking lot once you turn in. Well-stocked, well-lit, and a great selection. I also really liked the amount of kitchen items they have. Dishes, cookie cutters, and more -- everything was really unique and fun. It's definitely got a stash of kawaii stuff, little microfiber mitts, gummies and candy, and more. I really loved it! I knocked off one star for the employee that was working today -- I couldn't understand anything he was saying, and when I asked him again, he seemed agitated, went into the back room and I waited at the checkout for him to come out. There were a few other people in the store too, so I'm not sure what happened. Overall though, it's a great experience and I'm super happy I went. I'll definitely be back. Today, I purchased some cleaning supplies, a bucket, a few candies, a notebook, and some adhesive folder-style pockets that are super cute! Enjoy your visit! read more

Lots of useful ingenious things, including health and beauty, cooking and serving, various lucky cats and good fortune totems, office and craft supplies, household goods, baby care, gardening stuff, and snacks and desserts! Seriously maximum cute per square foot. I almost couldn't take it! While browsing, you'll hear other customers constantly saying "Aw! Cute! Check this out!" Finally Arizona has a Daiso! Expect this place is called Cutie. It pretty much as everything that Daiso would have. I love this store because they have so many cute Japanese merchandise. Everything you need is all supplied here! From snacks, to beauty supplies, to house appliances, they have it all. And guess what? Everything is only a $1.50! They said they opened up in January but I don't know why I just recently heard about this place. The people who own the store are really nice. The first time I entered the place, the guy offered me a basket. At first I politely declined thinking I was just going to look around. But totally gave in and started grabbing everything! The store is pretty small and crowded. It is also really far located in the Cave Creek area. It is also located in a sketchy area but I'm sure once they get a lot more customers they can either relocated or expand. I'm kinda sad that they aren't well known yet because its so worth. I suggest that they create a Instagram or Facebook page to attract more people or put their store on an ad. I am definitely coming back to buy more things. read more

What a cool little store. It would have been 5 stars if the parking lot wasn't such a nightmare. I'm just thankful I went at a slow time so I could actually back out and get out o father lot. The store is tiny but full of all sorts of treasures including origami papers, sushi making and cake decorating supplies, small dishes, fun erasers for the kids and a nice selection of snacks and beverages. All of the stuff they had was so cute and snacks are DELICIOUS - everything is less than $2 which is obviously a plus! The only thing that sucks is that every time I've gone, it's been SOO crowded and the store itself is quite small!
