Fast forward to current day 2026, it's giving Goodwill vibes, marking up items so high it's actually cheaper to go into Nordstrom its self and buy the item brand new with no issues. I've heard management has changed and that has been the cause for the price gauging. Honestly I blame influencers for showing off their finds and management for then taking advantage of people also looking for the same deals. But I'm over influencers and brands caring more about influencers than the people who have kept them in business for years, instead we pay more for an item than it's being sold for in the original store. It's a shame greed takes over and people lack integrity. I hope one day things can be adjusted and it makes sense to shop here again. Maybe with another change in management? Nothing was able to be taken care of on the spot which is somewhat understandable, but days later my claim was denied. I was in absolute shock upon receiving this email. So because your system isn't able to prevent fraudulent theft of your gift cards I am left without my gift card funds? I've been shopping at Nordstrom since I was in high school 20+ years ago and I have always like Nordstrom Rack and Last Chance, but I mean this when I say this, I will never go there ever again or any of my family until this is resolved.
