I got $3 heels! $6 heels! And so much more deals!! I've been coming here since high school! My grandma and I used to line up an HOUR before opening on the weekends just to be piranhas hahaha! So this place has always held a special place in my heart. But aside from the nostalgia, they seriously have some of the BEST deals you can find! You can save thousands! A little tip: Don't set anything down because someone might snatch it right up haha! Also, make sure to really inspect your finds because sometimes there might be a tear, a stain, or a missing button. Overall, still one of my absolute favorite places to shop for amazing deals! read more

If you're up for a deal, and don't mind searching, this place is the real thing. Nordstrom quality and branding for 70+% off!! read more

I've wanted to try this place forever. Why did I wait so long? It's definitely controlled chaos in the basement of an old mall facade (?) but deals are to be had! From what I gathered, some are new and some are returned items to Nordstrom. Bought some Rothy's loafers for work for $38, some returned (very lightly used) Brooks Ghost 17 shoes for $52, and some $15 sneaks Nordstrom brand. Kids stuff was 1/2 off and bought some sweaters half off, too. Left spending quite a bit but probably bought 15 items for $173. Would definitely return. I recommend the rolling carts and not the shopping carts. Can be cramped to get down aisles. Maybe a reusable IKEA bag would be a good option, too. Wish they had more skincare and housewares. read more

This was an awesome store! They had so many cool and fun items. I was sad some things weren't in my size but it is Last Chance. Store was organized with lots of goods. Fitting rooms were organized and didn't take long to try stuff on. I would definitely come back! read more

This place is a staple for me whenever I come to Phoenix. I come here when I'm looking for a specific outfit, such as something for the Renaissance fair, or when I wanna stock up on bras, or am in need of a quick gift, some bedding, or some cheap shoes, even. There's a lot of reasons I might come here, but the thing that keeps me coming is the great deals that I find. Depending on the season, you can find so many things at such affordable pricing! I'm happy to say that I no longer see the staff blocking off areas, and listing off rules like I used to (it was really strange). My only wish about this place is that they would expand the dressing rooms to be bigger or have more. read more

This Last Chance is essentially a final Nordstrom Rack. The store offers a decent shopping experience overall, though you should expect the checkout lines to get quite long on the weekends. Because some of the merchandise can occasionally feature minor defects or imperfections, you will need to set aside a generous amount of time to thoroughly browse through the racks. However, with a bit of patience and a keen eye, digging through the inventory can definitely pay off. Can definitely find some great designers for up to 80% off! Ultimately, it is a fun spot to visit if you enjoy the hunt and want to uncover some fantastic brand-name deals every now and then. read more

It was very busy on a Friday late afternoon but well worth shuffling through the tight isles and bumping elbows lol because the deals weee chefs kiss! I found a cute pair of sandal wedges and 4 shirts/tops! I also got a sweatshirt on an additional 75% clearance for $3.24. Such a win! The lines for checkout were long but made sense due to how busy it was, yet still moved pretty timely. Can't wait to come back! read more

I've visited Last Chance twice, both on Saturday evenings (around 4p then around 7p) and found gems both times! To preface this review, I'm not someone who shops for brand-name clothing. All I look for is AFFORDABILITY, style and predicted silhouette on my body, and quality material that at the very least won't fall apart in a year. This being said, Last Chance fulfilled my criteria both times I've come. Every week, they choose 1 color to be on sale 25% off on Sundays, 50% off Monday-Thursday, and 75% off Friday and Saturday. Then the cycle restarts on Sunday again with a different color. On top of this weekly sale structure, I've noticed random additional sales. For example, one Saturday was 50% all bottoms excluding denim and designer. Wow. There are many different sections in the store, from hats to socks to comforters to coats to baby clothes to dresses to pants to tops to sweaters. There are even home goods like suitcases and trinkets. They sell men's clothing too, although the majority is women's. Not sure the fitting room schedule as when I came 2 hours before closing one Saturday, they were closed. I've purchased tops, dresses, and skirts from Last Chance, ranging from about $3 to $10. None were designer, but I don't care about that. I'm super happy with my purchases so far. Of note, many of them were damaged and everything is sold as is, but I have fabric glue and know how to sew/alter/tailor so this wasn't a problem for me. I was able to fix everything up good as new! Please note that given the nature of the store, it can be very crowded with customers rudely throwing clothing around without picking them up - leading to unnecessary stains or damage that otherwise wouldn't be there. Also, there is terrible or NO signal in the basement. It gets better if you step outside the store where the sock bins are. read more

It's madness and chaos but I love it. Been dreaming about going to this place for years. While on a vacation in Scottsdale, stopped by this place...twice. Read the suggestions before going, come prepared with a strategy otherwise this place can feel overwhelming. read more

We drive from New Mexico just to shop at Last Chance. It's like a treasure hunt with new things every day. There is everything from housewares to shoes, to clothing for everyone. The prices are reasonable especially since the products come from Nordstrom's. Since we've been shopping at Last Chance, we no longer think prices at other stores like TJ Maxx or Marshalls are a great buy. If you're flying to shop, bring an empty suitcase, and if you're driving you'll need lots of extra room for all your bargains! If you live in Phoenix or the surrounding areas, you're lucky! read more

Let me tell you this store isn't for everyone...but I love it!! Just think of it as the Nordstrom rack of Nordstrom rack! With some patience, an eye for detail, and a good audiobook to listen to, you can find some really fantastic deals and beautiful goods for less. Depending on which day it is, they may offer anywhere from 50-75% off (sometimes even 90% off) a specific ticket color. This store is less of a store, and more of a discount basement. If you're from New England, and you're older, you may remember something called "Filene's Basement." This reminds me a lot of that! It's a big floor with rows of all kind of clothing, shoes, home goods, accessories like bags and hats, and more. I've found SOOO many things here and brought them home with me. Keep in mind: these items aren't guaranteed like-new. A lot of these things were worn and returned. So like shopping secondhand, or a thrift store, you will want to properly wash and clean items before bringing them into your home/closet. This place is almost always busy. But it's the busiest right when it opens. Typically, if you go even an hour or two before the store opens, a line will start to form. Even more so on big discount days (like Fridays). Bring a friend, or a good audiobook, and you could be here for hours scooping up some treasures. read more

The platinum blond working the dressing room is hateful. Not sure why she's so angry.

This used to be the place. The deals were amazing and dealing with messes and crazy amounts of people was justified because you knew you would come out with some great items. Fast forward to current day 2026, it's giving Goodwill vibes, marking up items so high it's actually cheaper to go into Nordstrom its self and buy the item brand new with no issues. I've heard management has changed and that has been the cause for the price gauging. Honestly I blame influencers for showing off their finds and management for then taking advantage of people also looking for the same deals. But I'm over influencers and brands caring more about influencers than the people who have kept them in business for years, instead we pay more for an item than it's being sold for in the original store. It's a shame greed takes over and people lack integrity. I hope one day things can be adjusted and it makes sense to shop here again. Maybe with another change in management? One that knows what they are doing? read more

Ohhh how I hate to divulge this information. However it's only fair that I share it. Many do know about the deals they have. So here's how it works. Nordstrom sells high end products. What doesn't sell there goes to Nordstrom Rack. Then returns and whatever didn't sell at Nordstrom, goes to ...... da, da, ta, da.... Last Chance right in the center of Phoenix. I'm a visitor now, although I grew up in Scottsdale. Still visit family but often head for Last Chance first. I now live in the mountains of New Mexico and lost 50 lbs in the last year. Needed an all new wardrobe. When it came to warm jackets, I knew it was going to be costly. Ordered some online at over $250 each BUT I found 4 warm jackets and snow boots at LC for $169. Never could have bought one quality one anywhere for that price elsewhere. They were all brand new. You have to be careful because some might have tears or something wrong. Check zippers and inside & out carefully cause once you buy it, it's yours. No refunds So I carried some things in my Last Chance bag onto a plane going home. The flight attendant screamed (not loud enough to cause a panic, mind you) "oh that's my favorite store. I always go there when I'm in Phoenix" So there it so.... Secret is out Have fun!! read more

Trucker Hat $3.97 What a deal! I've seen this at Marshalls and TJ Maxx for about $10-$20 for the same hat. You cannot go wrong going to this place. This is a shopper's dream to buy things from Nordstrom Rack but priced either a few dollars cheaper than Nordstrom Rack. I've seen items still priced Nordstrom Rack prices but don't let that scare you from buying from Last Chance. Look for the tags they are promoting on a daily basis because today's discounted items were men's and women's tops and bottoms for 50% off. It's busy when we came and when I saw a large selection of hats, I started with that section. This is that place where you must go everyday to every week to find what you're looking for. Don't worry about finding a place to eat. The Colonade got you covered. read more

While there are many hidden gems to find, I noticed a big issue today. I have been shopping here for over 10 years and today I was disappointed to see that many items that were marked down at Nordstrom Rack stores are being priced higher at last chance than what the Nordstrom Rack tag says. I saw many examples of this at the store and unfortunately I did not take pictures. I will include one of an item I purchased that has been priced higher at last chance. While it is only a few bucks on this item, the ones I saw at the store were way worse. In addition, the red tag items are usually an additional 25%off. So disappointing read more

If you like bargain basement type of shopping, then visit Last Chance. There was a time when I would have jumped in with both feet. Now not so much. The clothing racks are packed full so it is difficult to see and remove clothing. Despite my feelings, there were quite a few brave souls out for a great bargain. Pro's - name brands, good bargain Con's - limited sizes, colors, style may not be current, look carefully for stains, rips and tears Shared parking spaces and WiFi. read more

Don't let the outside / boarded up windows fool you - this spot is still open and super busy. I recommend stopping by on a weekday, otherwise you'll be bumping into people. This was my first time visiting a Last Chance store. Unfortunately, within just a few feet of entering, I had an unpleasant interaction with 2 staff members who were unnecessarily rude. It was like shopping in a designer thrift store. You definitely have to have patience because there is stuff EVERYWHERE!! Always grab a cart, or bring your own bag because you will stock up fast. It's an overwhelming store so bring a bar and water too. I love bin shopping but it's a lot. The best deals are in the bins by the door, and inside it is sectioned off by higher designer brands and regular Nordstrom brands. So many shoes. We ended up not making it to the fitting room before it closed so we tried on things by a mirror over our clothes and the sales associate didn't hate us too much. It's a lot to take in but if you're willing to work, you'll find the gems! read more

I have a love hate relationship with Last chance. IF you have the patience you can find some really neat stuff. There has been days I've walked away with great buys. Other days the disordered mess just drives me away. There is stuff everywhere, kids running around through already cramped aisles shoes falling off shelves. Straight chaos lol Do not come here if you are looking for something specific. This is more of a garage sale thinking. This used to be the place to go years ago on a Saturday morning before or after breakfast but now....SHEESH , It's a disaster of a place to go!!! I just so happened to stop here after having breakfast after not having been here in over 10yrs or more. I remember it being a little more organized but my gosh has that changed. Kinda scared to touch anything using my bare hands now. Stuff was just tossed everywhere and although they always have a crowd I personally didn't think that their prices were that grand. If I remember correctly, you used to could go here and get a steal but now you're better off shopping online. I did see a huge picture that I wanted but the darn thing was expensive. Idk just go to Nordstrom rack or TJ Max instead. It's not worth rummaging and digging here. It looks worse than Goodwill and honestly Goodwill is more organized and have new items for sale. This stuff looks like a bunch of rejected used returns but not in good condition. I won't be going again anytime soon but I also won't say never ever... but for now, Never! Lol read more

This store is HUGE! The prices are always great. We had a great conversation with our cashier, Melanie, despite it being really really busy.

This place is not for everyone- you definitely need to have enough time to search as it is PACKED with home items, clothes, shoes and more! You can spend hours here as they have great deals. I recommend coming having an idea of what you want cause there is so much to look at. The check out was quick and we were informed that the blue tags were 50% off which I then walked out with 4 pairs of quality shoes for $50. For the designer area, you have to wait in line and you only get 5 minutes to look. I didn't find the prices to be anything crazy, meaning huge deals but I usually don't shop designer. There are people monitoring you who then walk you out after the 5 minutes are up. However, very respectful and nice. Because of its location, I didn't have any service so I advise to just keep an eye on the team. Otherwise, happy shopping! read more

For those of you that don't know about this store, I'll explain why it's called last chance. Last chance is owned by Nordstrom, and they receive returns from Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The process is usually that it goes from Nordstrom to Nordstrom rack and if it's returned to Nordstrom rack or if no one buys it at Nordstrom rack then it goes here. But sometimes it ends up here right away if it has a manufacturer's defect or a small stain somewhere. Sometimes you can't tell what the issue is until you look closely. I'm a bigger guy, so shopping for me isn't easy. Most stores don't carry much in my size so I have to look everywhere to find it. I got my engagement outfit from last chance and it looks great and it was cheap! Last chance has a great concept that just needs better execution. The value is by far deserving of 5 stars, so is the selection, but the service and the organization is where this store remains lack luster. So immediately when you enter the store you have just entered Black Friday and people are fighting each other throwing things everywhere and there's crowds just roaming the store like a herd of sheep without a shepherd. However.. It's definitely a place you can find the Diamond in the rough outfit if you have the patience and determination to do so. Things are in random places, the customers don't care to place anything where it belongs so they pull it off the rack and throw it on top or put it somewhere completely different each time, and they don't have enough staff to mitigate the issue before it creates chaos. So the only way to find what you're looking for is to go through every size rack, and look on top, to the side, even on the floor, to find that special gem that you're hoping to find. I found my lovely size 2x pants in the size small section for example lol. They have a designed area full of Gucci, versache, etc , but they only give you a 5 minute shopping window and again it's a little disorganized. This kind of sucks because there's also a line to get to that area. I think they should consider doubling the size of the area so twice as many people can shop at the same time and increasing the shopping time allowance to 10 minutes, as well as staffing it a little better. Nothing in that section is cheap even though it's heavily marked down so why would they hurt their own sales on their highest ticket items, makes no sense. read more

It's a crazy fun place! It takes time to go on the treasure hunt! And stand in line at the design corner. But it sure can be worth it! I got a $3300 Valentino bag that needed a new strap fastener. It cost $900. I got in touch with Valentino and they got it fixed at no charge. You have to know brands and be able to spot a deal and think quick on your feet. The store is where all returns from Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack go, and we'll it's there last chance! There seems to be two type of people who shop here- those of us who don't care about a little messiness , and then others who expect this place to look spotless. I came for the deals and that's exactly what I got. I ended up getting three shirts, a belt and some shorts and a towel set. Great deals on each item. I didn't engage with any of the staff here but the cashier at the register was very funny and full of life. As long as the deals continue I'll come back! read more

This is not the place to go if you are prone to any sort of anxiety or OCD. I've been 4-5 times and it is by very definition - UTTER DISARRAY! Most of the stuff is from prior seasons, but here in Phoenix since our seasons are condensed so it's a little easier to find something you can wear sooner than later. Probably the best things I've found were some Wit and Wisdom pants/jeans (20% of what they normally cost in Nordstrom) and a BCBG puffer coat (needed a small repair, but saved 70% on the coat) that saved my life when I had to go to Boston in the winter. More often than not, I will leave empty handed. I never stay longer than an hour, that is as much as I can take in this cluttered, somewhat dirty environment with swarms of people. I do have a friend who goes weekly and combs through everything specifically on Friday mornings when a certainly color of tag is 80% off for the day. She has a good eye for the right brands that will resell and does pretty well reselling what she finds on Poshmark. It's a pretty good side gig. Friday mornings are not for the faint of heart. 100-200 ppl line up before the store opens to get in for this bombastic brawl for bargains. Yeah, so there is that... read more

Go in with low expectations and only if you're in the mood to deal with people with zero spatial awareness. The deals are hit or miss but many items are overpriced for how damaged they are. Minimal cell service in this store so be prepared! It is a great way to disconnect and pass time. read more

this store was complete mayhem with virtually no place to move. Many of the articles of clothing are odd and not for everyday use. And prices werent that compelling to push your way through and look at clothing was not really very 'mainstream". Im all for finding a diamond in the rough, but I couldnt see that happening here. I have mixed feelings about last chance. The deals are great when you can find them but you better be prepared to spend a lot of time sifting through overstuffed racks. You need to be diligent on the quality of things as some items are damaged and/or stained as well. They have great brand options and high end stuff available from time to time. Access to those areas is given by waiting in a separate line and a few individuals are let in at a time. They have a lot of shoes and women's clothes. Men's, children's and home sections are much smaller. It's usually very busy. Doesn't matter what day I go. Be prepared for a long line for checkout too! Sometimes it wraps around the whole store. I do recommend checking it out if you like shopping. If you don't like shopping, don't go. You gotta get your hands dirty to find the good stuff so dive in elbows deep. read more
