I love this store, I often go and check out the one in Old Town Scottsdale but today I was up here so I took a look around! This store is bigger than the one in Old Town, but still lovely with some really fun, hip pieces! At the other store, they really don't want you taking photos and even in this store, they had a sign saying instead of taking a photo, consider buying something. I guess the other perspective is that people who take photos and write reviews are doing some advertising for the store. I am looking for a cocktail dress for an event coming up so I'm trying to find a unique piece that also works for me, and this store has some really fun stuff! I spied a really pretty yellow suit and also they have a red suit and a Valentines Day button down shirt I really liked. I also love the pink decor! I love the pop of colors in here and it's a feel good happy place. I'll definitely be back in here when I'm up this way. read more

Super cute shop with very unique items. Sadly, I am giving 1 star. My 14-year-old daughter and her friend purchased a pair of gold Best Friends Forever heart necklaces which totaled with tax, $75. That's a big purchase for two young girls. They were excited to wear them. Within 2 hours, their necks turned green from the chains. We promptly returned to the store five days later with the receipt. Unfortunately we were denied refund or store credit by the manager. It was told to us by the young associate as the manager told her on the phone, outside, that there was nothing we could do, the sale was final. I strongly support small businesses but not ones that can't work with a faulty product. We will not be returning. read more

"I really love this store, and my daughter and I visit it every time we go to Desert Ridge. However, yesterday, Thursday, 04/23/2026, I went to the store at 7:30 pm with my sister to look at dresses. A salesperson approached us and rudely said, 'We are closing in 8 minutes, you better finish your shopping.' My sister and I were trying on dresses, but she kept rushing us and was very rude. Although I bought a dress quickly, my sister was very upset by how she treated us. After I purchased the dress, she pushed us to leave. She even told three other customers to leave, stating the store was closed. After we left, I checked the hours on the outside window, and it stated Monday to Saturday, it is open until 9:00 pm. This was a horrible customer service experience. She couldn't even find my account from my phone number. I love your store and do not want to stop shopping there, but this experience was very disappointing." read more

I'm OBSESSED with this store!! I brought my mom and now she's hooked, too. They have the cutest clothes and the prices are reasonable. Also, the fabric is natural and cotton exists here. Rare, I know. They have a sale rack at the back of the store that always has such cute stuff and I leave with something every time. I was here back in January. My sister was with us and told us about this boutique that is usually a pop up but I guess this location is staying. The items in the store were cute but boy was it expensive. I found some cute outfits but the top and bottoms would of ran me $200+. It seems to be a hot spot to take pictures for the gram based on the swing they have near the dressing room. We do plan to get some bridal stuff for my sister as they are at least reasonably price. I like the esthetic here (I mean I do love pink) and maybe I might get a tshirt next time I come here. read more

This is a review for the Desert Ridge location. I have been a regular customer for a long time and referred all my friends to this location. Best customer service I ever experienced was from Danae. She called me by name and always greeted me with a smile and couldn't wait to show me the new arrivals. I recently stopped by and was terribly disappointed she's no longer with the company. Not very friendly customer service. We're entering with a drink (has a seal) on it and the employee is immediately come to us and says I'm gonna take you guys' drinks or you cannot enter with a very mean attitude. We're not even touching anything or spilling anything. Like we're both adults, not a kid with shaky hand that will damage your store right after 1 foot enter your store, and if we do cause damage we'll recoup or we can work further from that. But at least give your customer a good attitude first. Their store is also not XL and above friendly. My friend is 5'11 and 160 lbs and none of their dress could fit her, because size L is the largest available in the store. Overprice for sure, you can go on Aliexpress or Taobao to order the same dress at lots of lower prices. read more

We went shopping to Desert Ridge Mall And decided to check out RRB, we were looking around and came across this cute phone booth, we took some pics. and a girl approached and told us the booth is ONLY for customers who actually buy something, she took me by surprise and we decided to leave and not purchased anything.
