I will start with it is a cute store with expensive stuff. They didn't have the size I wanted for a couple of tshirts, so they offered to order them online and ship to me. I asked if the t-shirts are 100% cotton and was told yes. Unfortunately the t-shirts had the actual tag cut off (see pics below) so I couldn't verify, but know one of the 2 received was not 100% cotton by touch. It is legal to sell new clothes with the tag cut off. I will not shop here again if back in Scottdale. Google - Why it is illegal: Required information is missing: Federal law requires clothing labels to include the country of origin, fiber content, and the manufacturer's identity. Cutting these tags off before a sale removes this essential information. It can be consumer fraud: Removing labels can be seen as a deceptive practice to hide information from the consumer, such as the required care instructions. Traveled to Scottsdale for the weekend with my girlfriend for our anniversary and came across the most unique boutique! My girlfriend struggles with feeling good in clothes (even though she is perfect). Not only were the employees so helpful and kind to us, but they listened to every word she was saying about her struggles and what she likes. The clothes were great quality and they have very reasonable prices for their items! I've never seen my girlfriend so in love with what she was wearing and the way she was treated. This is a review of the Desert Ridge location. I had never heard of this store until walking by last Friday night on my way to Barnes and Noble. I had not planned on stopping in but the bright colors in the window displays caught my eye and the array of bright and Colorful merchandising was very well done. Bright, festive clothing filled the store. I walked around the store several times as it is very quirky and takes a few trips around to really see everything. So many cute, crazy and fun things. Undeniably a fantastic place to find a gift for any girl, young woman or even the mature woman who has everything, or nothing. I didn't buy anything but I made a two-page list of Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers for my girls for the holidays. Signs all over say "No photos or else you have to buy it." That is such BS. I'm not sure they would have a legal leg to stand on with that. It's pretty ridiculous that they are so fearful of customers taking photos. It's not as if the owner personally creates everything or custom designs all the products and should be worried about someone copying their original work. Your business is buying merchandise from wholesale vendors to resell for your business. That's the concept of retail. I've only been in one other store in my life that asked not to take photos, and it was an Art studio where the artist was designing and making one of a kind pottery. That situation I can kind of understand - but yet both businesses market all over social media so what is the fear of someone leaking photos of the products you are promoting as well. If anything customers taking photos for the purpose of sharing to potential customers is only helpful to your business. Anyway. I took several photos of the cute things I loved. Ladies & gentelmen, you may be surprised to learn that you are not the target audience for every business you encounter. I ran into Rolling Rack just as I was leaving the Blush International Wine Festival at the Clayton House in Old Town Scottsdale on a recent Saturday night... If my Uber wasn't already in the parking lot waiting, I am sure I would have shopped for longer and likely made a purchase too. I did hop onboard to check out this awesome new business... I learned that it's 34 feet long and 900 square feet filled with super trendy and moderately priced women's clothing and accessories. The owner was onsite and friendly. Over-priced crap in a dirty store. Have to wonder about the customer service in a store that puts signs up telling you that if you take a photo you have to buy the merchandise. Almost tripped on the filthy rug at the front door when the rug slid across the tile floor. When I mentioned it to the only employee I could find as a matter of public safety I got a dirty look (of course rug is still there so watch out!). There are some great boutiques nearby that make the area a fun place to visit and shop- don't waste your time in this place. read more

I don't typically leave reviews but after my experience with Riley i feel the need to express how unprofessional, rude and incompetent the staff are at this store. I purchased a pair of pajamas that were $125 for a gift. You read that right $125 for pajamas so you would think they would speak to their customers with some respect and decency. I placed my order Monday, it said delivery expected by Friday. Saturday i still had no delivery so i called to check the status. Riley told me they were out of the size small but had a large if i wanted her to send that out. First, WHY AM I CALLING YOUR BUSINESS TO FIND OUT YOU DONT HAVE THE SIZE I PLACED 5 DAYS AGO. This isn't my job, to be following up. Why are you advertising a size small if you don't have a size small and why hasn't anyone contacted me? Riley exact words we're " there's nothing we can do about it now" i then mentioned the delivery date on the email & she snapped back at me saying "our emails don't say that" i pulled the email up and read it verbatim. She said that means SHIPPED by Friday but it clearly says DELIVERY BY FRIDAY. I wasn't going to keep going back and forth and be talked down to as I AM THE CUSTOMER so i said just give me the refund, she said mk and HUNG UP ON ME. I'm disappointed by the way this small women business is ran and will definitely spread the word to not support. Picked up an item off the 70% off rack and was only given $10 off but wasn't aware till I checked my text receipt. Went to return it and said I couldn't since it was a "sale" item. Wouldn't have bought it if I was aware that it was only $10 off. Bs that they wouldn't honor the return for the misunderstanding. I was never rude to the workers btw. Owner is yet again making things up for some weird reason. Maybe to make herself look better but in reality it shows the type of customer service you will receive. I made an order 3.5 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I contacted the store and they said they would get it shipped out immediately. That was a week ago and the post office has still not received the package. This is a boutique in the same city as I live in. I contacted the shop via Instagram. And I guess I got the pleasure of speaking with the owner. She was extremely rude and nasty. Told me it was the fault of the post office. Told me she's working 24 hours a day. I asked for a refund after she was so extremely antagonizing. She told me only store credit. At this point as soon as I was going to receive the items I was wanting to return because I don't support businesses that treat their customers horribly. Since I'm a small business owner myself. I did not want or need any free stuff! Her attitude was atrocious. I would have been completely fine if I was met with a genuine apology and not excuses and blame. She then blocked me from Instagram after posting these disgusting pictures to her Instagram stories. Now tell me if this is a business you would want to support? Telling her customers that have complaints to F off! There were 4 different posts to stories telling me to F off. I've never witnessed anything like this. Mind you, I have been a customer there for some time. I've heard about the owner having issues controlling herself but this is on another level. Horrendous abusive customer service and care. I just want to say we went by this store thinking it's cute and we were having a bachelorette party and was walking around we went into this store and we saw the cutest wall right when you get in and we wanted to take a group picture right when we were about to take the picture this girl comes up to us all rude saying we can't take pictures unless we buy something but she said it so rude. This store is so cute! There's so many fun, punchy graphics with a lot of personality. They have a lot of really cute clothes that you won't find anywhere else, and there's definitely something for everyone there.
