I'm extremely disappointed to hear that this behavior is apparently being tolerated, especially after a paying customer brought the issue to the attention of multiple employees and managers etc... What makes this even more concerning is that, despite the complaint being made, nothing meaningful has apparently been done. Instead of taking the customer's concerns seriously and addressing an employee who violated policy, the issue has reportedly been brushed off. Customers should be able to visit a business without worrying about an employee taking pictures of them without their knowledge or consent. Paying customers deserve to feel respected, safe, and heard when they bring a legitimate concern to management. It's very disappointing to hear that this situation has not been properly addressed. Corporate management should look into this matter and determine why an employee's conduct is apparently being overlooked despite multiple employees being made aware of the situation. Company policies should apply to everyone and should actually be enforced. Just be aware if you come in with a concern, no matter who it is whether it's HR or higher up, they're not gonna do anything about it

Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. If you're willing to browse a bit, you can find some seriously good deals on quality brands. The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to shop. I like to watch for deals and this location had no real sales or clearance items. The decor was very generic. I wasn't a fan of obviously the architect who lives out of state. The artwork is reprints of Instagram postings of various locations around the United States. However, the only social media photo representing Scottsdale was am image of selfie shadow standing next to a generic swimming pool way in the back. There are so many more interesting photos of local architecture or desert scenery they could have used and more prominently displayed. The California or New York architect that designed this A&F did not care about connecting their brand locally. The locally employed retail workers were friendly and helpful.

After my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run in the Kierland Commons parking lot, by a member of the cleaning staff, I left Mr. Kea a voicemail on Saturday, July 18, requesting a return call regarding the incident. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone who works at Kierland Commons, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and concern. Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.

Entering, I was warmly greeted by Terry, who made my shopping experience so great. Offering pieces from Trina Turk, Michael Stars, Rich & Skinny, and Elizabeth & James, it's hard to walk out of this store empty handed; but if you do, I guarantee you'll have lusted over at least one item. Lucky for me, they had 2 sale racks packed with great pieces up to 60% off. I found a beautiful dress that I couldn't resist; especially for the price! This is a boutique I will definitely return to. I usually avoid being the only person in a store because: A) I feel added pressure to buy something & B) I loathe awkward small talk. Neither of those occur ed at Carole's Couture. But you get what you pay for. I have a couple sweaters that I bought at Carole's that have held up and still look and fit perfectly...two years later.
