I placed an on line order for a hat and a pair of shorts. I received the box completely sealed and inside was only the hat and no product sheet. I contacted the company and they said they would look into it. They sent me an email and said the case was closed because the pack g person "said" they put everything in the box. They will not send me a pair of shorts or refund me even though I never got the product. read more

Horrible customer service. Twice I've been in you location, once by myself looking for a few things and once with my fiancé. Both times, I was NEVER greeted or offered any assistant even though I stood at the counter waiting for help to get a back pack while the lady ignored me and went and found someone else to help. With my fiancé we had shoes in hand, and hand money to buy him new clothes. I don't know if your store is bias against people who are overweight or just flat out ignored me both times, but I will never step foot into a tilly's again and I will make sure anyone I speak to doesn't either. And yes, I work in customer service as well, and no matter what you should be treating each customer with the same respect as the last! read more

Went shopping here on a recent Sunday and was approached by the most helpful employee. Her name was Bri and she was fantastic! So friendly and helpful in every way. She got the items that we needed right away and was super efficient. Found out that she is getting transferred to the Desert Ridge store. Went in for a pair of joggers and what I tried on was a pair of yoga pants. Size XL my @$$ what a joke. Could barely get the things on, but I did and when I found the BSDM (big shot district manager) I asked him if they had any adult sized clothing. Needless to say, found a pair of joggers in adult sizes at American Eagle that fit an adult. read more

Brooke was AMAZING!!!!! I went in today to look for something summery since it's getting hot out and I just moved to Arizona and don't have much for this weather. I went in alone after work so I was already feeling a bit self conscious, but she helped me in the fitting room and made me feel super comfortable and like I had known her for years! She was even kind enough to hand pick some options for me, and I ended up loving one of the shirts so much, I bought it! I don't shop here much, but after my interaction with Brooke, and if everyone else here is a fraction as good as her, I'm gonna have to come back!!! I went on Friday night and the website said they closed at 9:30pm. I had a wedding the next morning that I had to grab something from Tilly's from and knew exactly what I needed. It was 9:05pm when I arrived and the workers rudely turned me away saying they were already closed but there were people inside shopping. I was with some friends and we were sitting outside the store chatting, and the workers looked at us and I saw them say fu** them. We were not rude to them and I am appalled at the manners they had. I'm sure they wanted to get the money counted early and the store cleared out so they could leave exactly when they closed. The workers definitely do not care about the company. If you really do close at 9:00 on a Friday night you need to change it online. Also, it would be in your best interest to give the workers an attitude adjustment. read more

I usually don't review "mall stores" but I felt like this Tilly's really needed a shout out! I was shopping for a watch for my bf for his bday. He lives in a different state than me so shopping for him for a surprise present is a little difficult, because I want to make sure he likes what I buy. After spending a good 30 minutes picking out the best watch I think he will like I checked out. I was nervous that my bf might not like it and asked the rep what their return policy was. He stated that their watches are final sales. This made me super nervous because I was spending a pretty penny on something my bf might not like. I asked if it was possible to exchange the watch if my bf didn't like it. I explained my situation and let him know he lives in a different state and made sure there was a Tilly's by his place so just in case he didn't like it, could he exchange it in Texas for one he likes. I knew it was a long shot and a lot to ask, but the rep was very nice and was able to help me out. He added a note to the receipt and put his name and store initials. This way if my bf didn't like the style watch I picked out he could exchange it for one he liked in Texas. I really appreciate the attention and help Aubryience (sorry I know I spelled it wrong) gave me. He was able to help me make sure this birthday present was wonderful! To my luck my bf LOVED the watch I picked out so he didnt have to exchange it, but I am glad I covered all my bases just in case! Thanks again for the great customer service! read more

Service is friendly. Staff is helpful finding something you like. I picked up one shirt form here it was 2 for 20. To be honest though, the majority of men's t shirts are pretty loud. This is probably a good store for a younger crowd. read more

I was really surprised by all of the cute women's items they had, plus all of the cute novelty type items! When my boyfriend and I came we were shopping for several outfits. A woman there was extremely helpful. She helped us find everything we were looking for, answered all of our questions, was observant of what kinds of clothing we wanted, and was extremely attentive. She helped us get new sizes and saved the clothes that we were purchasing up at the front so the we didn't have to carry them around the store. We were excited and had a great experience. However, we went to check out and everything went downhill from there. The lady checking us out did not explain that the coupon we had only applied to certain brands and tried to convince us that $8 was 20% of $80. Instead of explaining that the 20% off was applied only to specific brands, when we told her we were confused she was not able to answer our questions. Following this, the total was $300. We told her that we wanted $200 on one debit card and $100 on the other one. When we were ready to pay the chip reader said "$300.66" We clearly explained several times that we wanted only $200 on that one card but the screen said $300. She said "It will stop at $200." We clarified several more times and she reassured us it would only take out $200. Once I entered my pin number my bank notified me on my phone that $300 was taken out and my account was overdrawn. I looked up at her and said "You took out the $300, which was the full amount." Before I could say anything else she interrupted me and said in a stern voice said, "Can I explain myself?" She then went on to say that we hadn't explained what we wanted and she thought there was only $200 on my debit card. Well, that was the problem, exactly, I only had a little over $200 on the card at the time and so she made my account overdraw because she charged me $300. She thought my card would stop the transaction at $200. (That is not the way debit cards work, they will charge the full amount, regardless of what was actually my account) However, I was not using a gift card, this was my debit card, which I had already made clear several times. She did not apologize and did not attempt to amend the situation. After this entire thing happened I found the woman who had been helping us earlier. She explained what had happened with the 20% off in a clear manner that made sense. She also apologized for what happened and offered a solution. She told us that splitting the total between two cards was very easy, should have been done, and would not have been a problem!!!! It was too late to fix what happened, my account was already overdrawn. However, I appreciated her attempt to amend the situation. read more

Sister bought me gift card, go to use it a couple weeks later and there's no money on it. Call corporate 3 times have them look into it they say it was used to purchase items that were shipped to a different state. Also pin was not scratched off and they said you have to have pin to order online. Basically they stole my money and I'm PISSED and nobody EVER buy a gift card (or anything else for that matter) at ANY Tilly's. I've spent between 500-1000 here and now hate Tilly's with a passion. 0 stars if it was an option. read more

Tilly's has a terrible return policy. Buyer beware. My teen age son purchased some 9FIVE sun glasses at night and was told he could return if they did not work by the store clerk. He tried the glasses the next morning to find they did not protect his eyes from the sun. Unfortunately he paid $55 and they were cheap plastic. When he tried to return the next day they would not honor accept returns for 9FIVE glasses. This store should not sell products that are not refundable. read more
