We couldn't find record of my purchase, and instead of saying nothing I can do to help, she literally searched the day I bought the shirt for all purchases to find proof of my purchase. After 20 minutes of searching, she found it! She was able to give me a gift card for both shirts which was over $200. I am so amazed by her patience and willingness to help me. She could have easily denied me but she did everything she could to find the purchase in her system. I will only shop at this location! I always have such a great experience with the staff. They had a great selection available, although only a few pairs were in my size. The prices were fantastic too -- about 30% off MSRP, which made the trip even better. After finding the flip flops, I took a quick lap around the store and found several other great deals. They had Ray-Ban sunglasses marked down around 50% off MSRP along with a solid selection of name-brand health and beauty products at discounted prices. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. If you're willing to browse a bit, you can find some seriously good deals on quality brands. The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to shop. There are so many more interesting photos of local architecture or desert scenery they could have used and more prominently displayed. The California or New York architect that designed this A&F did not care about connecting their brand locally. The locally employed retail workers were friendly and helpful.

After my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run in the Kierland Commons parking lot, by a member of the cleaning staff, I left Mr. Kea a voicemail on Saturday, July 18, requesting a return call regarding the incident. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone who works at Kierland Commons, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and concern. Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.
