She was annoyed, but said to come back when we could, and they would give us a refund. I asked him to look for our receipt in his records. He admitted that they save all receipts, but said it was too much trouble to try to find it; but expected us to have the receipt. When making the purchase we on the price least our loss was reduced a little. If you do decide to visit the store, it's a good idea to bargain with to save money.
