She said I can try on anything and pointed to the mirrors. I kept looking at the prices trying to find something in my price range. She took the time to explain to me the difference between polarized vs nonpolarized, she even showed me a diagram that shows the difference between polarized vs nonpolarized. Although I wanted raybans, I didn't know they made nonpolarized versions. Overall, the lady was very attentive, nice and cordial. She gave me her opinions and told me the prices about it. I like the service here, I ended up buying a pair of polarized sunglases - very expensive but worth my purchase.

I think this store has been in Fashion Square Mall for quite a long time. I bought a pair of Prada shades in 2017 and even though not a ton of wear since then as I have another pair of sunglasses the nose piece fell off on them but I did still have the piece thankfully as well as the original receipt. Kianna helped me put these back together which really is a science she has an entire kit and everything. It's employees like that who go very far in life I was very impressed. Keep doing what you're doing Sunglass Hut.

Came here last Thursday for a work event that I needed to pass out gift cards for. I walked in…read morethere with 20 $200 gift cards ($4,000) and passed them out to customers that attended the quick presentation in store and then could shop. I had clients and work partners present, and everything was great until after I passed out the gift cards. I was trying on glasses with my work partners, who had asked me if the gift cards expired. Jelena took it upon herself to interject into my conversation and let them know it doesn't expire, and that I was in the wrong for telling my customers that we did not have to use the gift cards that day. To be clear- I understand there is a commission aspect to the job, however we purchased a total of 30 $200 gift cards from the store leading up to the event, and I came with 20 so that I could disperse out the other 10 as incentives for my work partners. Jelena was extremely hostile and rude to me in front of my partners, asking me "how I would feel if someone said that to me." She continued on and was being extremely rude and unprofessional to me in a public setting. She ensured that everyone that overheard her would not be returning to that location, let alone buying glasses from her. Most people DID use the gift cards that day, and there is absolutely no reason why she should have berated me in the store when I am not the event organizer or said anything that should upset her. I'm not going to lie to my clients and partners and tell them that they have to use it that day, because they don't. They received the gift cards as an incentive for coming and as a thank you. She was extremely rude and I know for a fact I will never be returning to that location or purchasing a pair of sunglasses from her.

I'm that guy who will "tell it as it is". Good or bad…read more I think it's important to write this review to give my perspective on Desert Sunglass of Scottsdale. (I'm glad they are listed on Yelp) Simply, I lost a pair of reading glasses bought in Atlanta. And unfortunately, they were my favorite pair, and have never seen them sold at any place before. The hotel told me that they get them from Desert Sunglass! Wow! Lucky me! I was shocked that this hotel (in Atalnta) buy from a distributor in my back-yard. So, I call Colleen at Desert Sunglass to ask her if she can help me replace my reading glasses. Of course, they were lost, and I didn't have a model number..and Desert Sunglass has a selection of thousands to choose from. Colleen asked for me to describe them, but i didn't do a great job. Then she asked if i happen to have (another pair that is similar that I could take a photo of, and send her, she would try to narrow it down.) Well, I did that...and she did her research. After a short time, she found the glasses i was looking for, as well as others that I liked. Because they dont sell to the public, she found a customer that she sells, and sent them to this place for me to purchase. The reason I am taking the time to write this review is because Colleen took the time to communicate, and make sure I was satisfied. All for one pair of $20.00 reading glasses. I mean really. THAT is customer service at its best.
