I placed an order for a pair of eyeglasses from on July 10th…read more I received my order on Thursday, July 18th. When I received my glasses they had double vision and significant blurriness. I checked the order prescription and it didn't match the online prescription I had sent in. Online Prescription Axis: 178 Sphere L -5.75 R -6.00 CYL -.75 What the Lab sent Axis: L 154 R 22 Sphere L -5.5 R -5.25 CYL -.75 I went to my local LensCrafters location in Fashion Square Mall Scottsdale and they said they couldn't help me with a return or process me since I wasn't in the system. They told me I had to call LensCrafters for any help or support and their location was only for in-person buyers. (The online portal says all returns are handled through in-person locations) I went to Costco for a second opinion and they looked at the paperwork in the LensCrafters package and said it was the wrong prescription and obviously on LensCrafters part. The nice employee there was baffled Lenscrafters and Luxottica wouldn't stand behind their product and would make it hard to return the wrong lens or adjust them. This is pretty disappointing since I had a bad experience before with a $700 Sofilo lens that was processed by a Luxottica lab that Valley Eyecare in Arcadia and Luxottica refused to help me with. That lens also was the wrong prescription and had a prominent fishbowl effect that wouldn't go away. *Updated to a 3 star because the online chat and phone support was pretty good.

I would recommend Walmart Vision Center to anyone on the fence about where to try getting their glasses next. They offer many different styles of frames at a wide range of prices, they accept and are experienced with a variety of health care providers, and they accept HSA/FSA payments. About a month ago I bought my first Louis Vuitton bag in Vegas. I was so ecstatic I save almost 4k for it and I was so proud of myself, the store employees in Vegas were so accommodating and helpful, they made me feel like a celebrity. I walked into the one in fashion square and was immediately met with stares, an employee was even standing in front of the door blocking it so I couldn't walk directly in. Her name was Hailey. I decided after having it a few weeks (when I say I had it a few weeks, the majority of that time was spent in the box. I just wasn't sure what I wanted to do) that it wasn't big enough. Arizona, having the gun laws they do I always have my 9mm on me and it didn't fit my pistol which I didn't know when I bought it originally because I didn't have it on me in Vegas. When I tell you the employees at this specific store treated me like I was a bum off the street I am not joking: I have a lot of tattoos, two full sleeves and neck tattoos which I was under the impression that it was 2026 and it was no longer taboo to have a lot of tattoos. Apparently not. I was stated at by a good majority employees while I walked around the store looking for my next bag and felt like I was being "watched." I was told that I could not exchange it the lady that told me that I could not exchange it said "well why would you buy a bag that's too small for you." this lady had some sort of accent. I wanna say it was Russian or something. She was extremely rude to me. I normally don't post reviews like this unless it really affected me. The lady told me that there were clear marks of use on the bag which there were none. I had the bag for less than a month. They told me the return policy was 30 days. They refused to look at the receipt to see that it was a 30 it was less than 30 days. They just told me that there were too many signs of use on the bag which again there were not. I would not send my mother in the store. I asked the manager Hailey to look at the receipt and she kind of wrote me off like I shouldn't even be there in the first place. The The simple fact that I was asked such a condescending question as why would you buy a bag that's too small for you was so out of left field. I've never been treated like that in Goodwill let alone Louis Vuitton you guys give that brand a bad name and I don't think I will ever buy any Louis Vuitton ever again just for that sole reason I'll take pictures of the bag so you can see them below and see that they are in near perfect condition Honestly, I would like to talk to someone in corporate because This was insane treatment by people that are supposed to be luxury retailers.

The person who was helping me took my glasses to her manager to see if he could repair them. My last pair of glasses from a year ago just don't fit right. I have to have them very high on my nose to see out of the progressive section for reading. When I was there this week, I asked if they could be adjusted and was told that probably the measurements were done wrong when I purchased the glasses from them, and there probably isn't an adjustment that can be made. She didn't even look at the glasses to try to help. Instead she wanted me to buy a new pair because I'd just seen the doctor--who did not think I necessarily needed to get new glasses because my prescription had changed very little. All I want is personal customer service and feel that I and my money are valued enough to receive this.
