She said I can try on anything and pointed to the mirrors. I kept looking at the prices trying to find something in my price range. She took the time to explain to me the difference between polarized vs nonpolarized, she even showed me a diagram that shows the difference between polarized vs nonpolarized. Although I wanted raybans, I didn't know they made nonpolarized versions. Overall, the lady was very attentive, nice and cordial. She gave me her opinions and told me the prices about it. I like the service here, I ended up buying a pair of polarized sunglases - very expensive but worth my purchase.

Kianna helped me put these back together which really is a science she has an entire kit and everything. It's employees like that who go very far in life I was very impressed. Came here last Thursday for a work event that I needed to pass out gift cards for. I had clients and work partners present, and everything was great until after I passed out the gift cards. I was trying on glasses with my work partners, who had asked me if the gift cards expired. Jelena took it upon herself to interject into my conversation and let them know it doesn't expire, and that I was in the wrong for telling my customers that we did not have to use the gift cards that day. To be clear- I understand there is a commission aspect to the job, however we purchased a total of 30 $200 gift cards from the store leading up to the event, and I came with 20 so that I could disperse out the other 10 as incentives for my work partners. Jelena was extremely hostile and rude to me in front of my partners, asking me "how I would feel if someone said that to me." She continued on and was being extremely rude and unprofessional to me in a public setting. She ensured that everyone that overheard her would not be returning to that location, let alone buying glasses from her. Most people DID use the gift cards that day, and there is absolutely no reason why she should have berated me in the store when I am not the event organizer or said anything that should upset her. I'm not going to lie to my clients and partners and tell them that they have to use it that day, because they don't. They received the gift cards as an incentive for coming and as a thank you. She was extremely rude and I know for a fact I will never be returning to that location or purchasing a pair of sunglasses from her.

I have been to this location many times, and purchased 2 pairs of glasses and changed lenses to an already owned one. At some point I needed a replacement part for a pair of glasses I had purchased years back with them, but since they carry the same brand they went that extra mile to find me the missing part. The frames I currently wear (Face A Face), perfectly frame my face and I purchased them thanks to the expert advice of Sabina. I even needed a little tint to them, and they made them the way I exactly needed. Lenses are of the highest quality; do not get a scratch, even after heavy use. Sabina does not rush you through the purchase just to get done with you quickly, but spend the time to help you with what you need. Expert advice from an experienced optician like Sabina nowadays is a rare find, and it lacks in big retail chains, where all they want is selling something to you even if is not quality or not right for you. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to make a fashion statement with your eyes. This does not only sell awesome up to date frames they also customize your lenses based on your daily activity. Sabina the owner will sit down with you and talk to you about your daily activities, based on that information she will custom build your lenses and not some generic lenses you find in other places. When you walk in you are greeted by Sabina and not some worker who does not care about you and only cares about the commission you they can make from you. You will spend about 1+ hour talking to Sabina about what you want and need. Sabina will spend as much time as you need talking about frames and lenses. This is by far the best optical store in Phoenix area. You will me amazed by your vision once you get your glasses back and you will be stopped by people to ask about your frame. I would give i2iOptique (Sabina) 10/5 stars if I could. This boutique offers a vast array of unique frames that you would never find at a chain optical store. But I have to say, the customer service here is what will keeps me coming back. Sabina never hesitates to go above and beyond to amend any issues. Sabina genuinely want her clients to be 100% satisfied with their eyewear. Sabina takes her time to explain and educate me on different choices that I have. I had been using cheap Dollar store readers for years. After seeing my eye doctor, she prescribed bifocal glasses. My husband had researched eyeglass places in the Valley and we decided to visit i2i first. Sabina was very knowledgeable and told me I had been doing more harm than good with the cheap readers. I also have a fairly narrow head and she helped me select the perfect frames to fit my face and eyes (the center of the eyeglass area should be about the center of your eye). I recently purchased my glasses from i2i and the owner, Sabina assisted me with my selection. She showed me a wide range of styles, prices, & explained how glasses are supposed to fit on your face. Who knew there was a way that glasses were supposed to fit on your face, I always thought as long as they didn't fall off they were the right fit! I had an unusually difficult problem with a pair of computer/reading glasses that several…read moremail-order optical companies had been unable to solve. I had an older pair that worked perfectly, but despite ordering multiple replacements with what was supposedly the exact same prescription and pupillary distance, none of the new glasses felt right and all caused significant eye strain. Sam at Vision Optic took the problem seriously from the beginning. Rather than simply checking the prescription in a lensometer, he spent a considerable amount of time with me carefully examining my old glasses, taking detailed measurements, and figuring out exactly what made that particular pair work so well for me. He then used those measurements to recreate them as closely as possible. The result was essentially an exact copy of my old glasses, and the new pair is just as comfortable. After struggling with this for quite some time and having multiple pairs made elsewhere that didn't work, the difference in the level of attention and expertise was remarkable. I really appreciate the amount of time Sam spent making sure everything was right. If you have a complicated prescription or have had difficulty getting glasses that feel correct despite supposedly being made to the right specifications, I would highly recommend Vision Optic and Sam in particular.

I came in and expressed concern twice only to learn they have a no refund policy on lens replacements. So now I'm out $200 and ruined my glasses. In coming back to express concern, I received the most insulting customer service I've experienced in years. I will never set foot in this store again and would suggest others avoid it as well.

You'll call them back yourselves and check up with them. Just overall didn't like the feel of the receptionist complaining to me about how she got off lunch break and was overwhelmed getting back to work. It's not my fault. As well as coming in there to park the space are tight if your in a bigger vehicle or even a small coupe like myself it not a ton of space to get out. Just overall wasn't too happy how they take apart in management other than that, experience I guess was fine.

My husband and I were in here recently and had our eye exams done by Dr. Matt Campouris…read more We were very happy here...Dr. Campouris not only took his time to do a thorough examination, but he was patient in answering our multitude of questions, and very helpful with his advice in caring for our eyes. He was also very kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. The young ladies at the front were also very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The young woman who conducted our "Eye MRI" scans was also very kind and welcoming. It was worth the $35 to have these scans done for piece of mind, especially since it's been awhile since we both have had our eyes checked. Dr Campouris was able to interpret the results and tell us during our visit...a huge plus. We will be going to see Dr. Campouris for our eye care from now on...we were very impressed with him and this practice.
