Came here last Thursday for a work event that I needed to pass out gift cards for. I walked in there with 20 $200 gift cards ($4,000) and passed them out to customers that attended the quick presentation in store and then could shop. I had clients and work partners present, and everything was great until after I passed out the gift cards. I was trying on glasses with my work partners, who had asked me if the gift cards expired. Jelena took it upon herself to interject into my conversation and let them know it doesn't expire, and that I was in the wrong for telling my customers that we did not have to use the gift cards that day. To be clear- I understand there is a commission aspect to the job, however we purchased a total of 30 $200 gift cards from the store leading up to the event, and I came with 20 so that I could disperse out the other 10 as incentives for my work partners. Jelena was extremely hostile and rude to me in front of my partners, asking me "how I would feel if someone said that to me." She continued on and was being extremely rude and unprofessional to me in a public setting. She ensured that everyone that overheard her would not be returning to that location, let alone buying glasses from her. Most people DID use the gift cards that day, and there is absolutely no reason why she should have berated me in the store when I am not the event organizer or said anything that should upset her. I'm not going to lie to my clients and partners and tell them that they have to use it that day, because they don't. They received the gift cards as an incentive for coming and as a thank you. She was extremely rude and I know for a fact I will never be returning to that location or purchasing a pair of sunglasses from her. read more

While I was buying time waiting for a hat design to be done, I stumbled upon this place. I dig some cool shades but really have no knowledge of the types, brands, lenses, cost, styles, and such. It can be intimidating for sure! On March 4th, around 7 pm I entered this establishment. First I was welcomed with a warm greeting. It wasn't cheesey, promise. It was genuine, with a great smile The young lady gave me the run down on all the different shades there. She was able to show me a ton of different styles. Along with answering any of my questions. She made the experience pleasant and memorable. Although I wasn't in the market for a new pair of glasses, the next time I do need some, I am heading back to this place. Andrea, I think that was her name, should receive more than 5 stars for her great service and attitude. She was super friendly, outgoing and made my experience memorable. Thanks again!!! read more

They are Luxotica/Ray-Ban authorized repair. They are unable to repair beyond ordering a kit and installing a screw. Avoid if possible. I use Ray-Ban dot com to shop and process repairs, whether or not under warranty. Five stars for Ray-Ban online. read more

Staff is very weird I watched a manager stare at a young black male as he tried on glasses which I noticed in the young man's body language he was uncomfortable within moments of that I watched a employee start to pace back and forth behind him as he casually looked around the store I watched him leave the store unhappy and disappointed in the service and the shady treatment he received read more

The salesman talked me into buying glasses when we were just looking. He sold us by telling us that there was a three month warranty that covered any damage within 90 days no matter what. So, only a month later, we show up trying to get them warrantied after an accident at 5:45pm on Sunday. Even though they were still open for 15 more minutes, they said it was too late to fulfill the warranty on my glasses. They were the most unprofessional and rude retail associates I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. I will be sure to let everyone I know not to ever go here. I will update this review if I ever go back, like I always do. I wish I could give 0 stars, but Yelp will only let me go as low as 1. Drive the extra miles to go to Chandler Fashion Square or Scottsdale Fashion Square; they have much better customer service and actually will take care of you. I cannot believe they were too lazy to serve us when they were still open for another 15 minutes. Unbelievable. The picture I uploaded is of the two girls who closed the shop 15 minutes early and told us that warranties could not be fulfilled in the last 15 minutes of each day. This sounds like bogus to me. I came to the store at Tempe Marketplace to buy a pair of sunglasses, and had a terrible customer service experience. The woman who was working rudely steered me away from the higher end sunglasses, sarcastically laughing as I told her my target price range. I still would have enjoyed browsing the options, and may have even stretched my budget for the perfect pair. Later, I asked what the difference was between the new Ray Ban Wayfarer design vs. the original. She replied, "I don't know, I can't describe it to you, just look for yourself". Overall, as a customer, I felt very belittled and it was an extremely awkward and uncomfortable experience. Ultimately because of this negative experience, I did not want to support this store and especially this arrogant sales person, so I left and purchased directly from Ray Ban. read more

She made such a sincere connection and was easy to talk to. She had positive things to say and her outlook on life and humanity is truly admirable. I hope she is the manager. She should be. Just walked in to your store at Tempe Market and was looking at a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, I asked the woman working a simple question about glasses and she was super rude because I wasn't "versed" in particular styles, No thanks I will take my business elsewhere. I have worked in customer service for many years, no wonder your store is empty, with so many choices a business can not afford this. I drove all the way out to your store (a lot of miles and gas, not to mention time) and even called three minutes before I walked to the front door but your female employee who answered the phone happened to of disappear and lock the door and close for the day 12 minutes before your closing hours. Historically not a big fan but go & get sun glasses adjusted & cleaned! Had a pair of ray ban aviators on last legs & went see if could be repaired or fixed. Jelena, the manager, was great & while that model wasn't exactly available there was another that could be ordered online which she assisted. I hadn't planned on a purchase but her knowledge/professionalism, 'bedside' manner & salesmanship made it easy! Someone better promote her or I may just hire her! read more

My brother and sister in law very kindly bought me a pair of polarized sun glasses which I broke the arm off not 5 weeks later! Of course they could not find the receipt. I went to the tempe market place location and Nic called the store that sold them to me and I left with a new pair!
