Cartier at Fashion square recommended this business to purchase their items but with prescription lenses. I've never walked into a more condescending salesperson in my life. His job is to inform me, and provide service. He did none if that so we left. They lost a $3,000 sale due to a horrible sales person with attitude. read more

I was helped by Fabrizio and by a lady - this is 2 years later and after a recent bad concussion so, I can't remember her name. Wonderful lady though - Chandler Fashion Center location. Fabulous selection of frames. I set a maximum and had sort of settled on a pair but wasn't sure. Then was told about the lady's frameless Lindberg frames, when I told her that I loved hers. They were above my maximum but after she told me that I can have any lens shape I desire and they would be ground to fit the frames - okay - frameless. I would never have to buy frames again. Huge savings there. Anyway, I bought them and have LOVED these glasses more than any I have had over the decades. Free arm covers. Both Fabrizio and this lady were wonderful. Time for new lenses now - soon, just as soon as I can get a new prescription. And, the high quality Phoenix lenses offer much clearer vision than the Sam's Club or anywhere else who uses cheap crappy glass - where you don't get and aren't told the quality of the glass, and they go as cheap as they can. read more

I have been to this location many times, and purchased 2 pairs of glasses and changed lenses to an already owned one. At some point I needed a replacement part for a pair of glasses I had purchased years back with them, but since they carry the same brand they went that extra mile to find me the missing part. The frames I currently wear (Chanel), perfectly frame my face and I purchased them thanks to the expert advice of Paris Optique. I even needed a little tint to them, and they made theem the way I exactely needed. Lenses are of the highest quality, do not get a scratch, even after heavy use. They do not rush you through the purchase just to get done with you quickly, but spend the time to help you with what you need. Expert advice from an experienced optician like this nowadays is a rare find, and it lacks in big retail chains, where all they want is selling something to you even if is not quality or not right for you. Stopped in today to window shop and do my best for my frames quest. Joel was super helpful talking me through the process. He explained so of shapes best options in styles before narrowing fit and style. He continued to give me options in those styles with price point breaks in each. He explained why it was more and the pros of doing so. I have not purchased yet but will definitely be back. read more

We stopped by while visiting family nearby and were utterly impressed! My husband who has a powerful script and hates thick lenses, resulting in him overusing contact lenses, was particularly pessimistic. We were assured however that not only can he have ultra-thin lenses, but that they can also be done with progressive and photochromic AND that he can choose an ultra-light frame. He chose an ic! berlin super thin frame and learned that his previous lenses, from a run of the mill eyewear store, were not measured exactly for the position of his eyes, which greatly affects his sight. We learned that exact measurements are crucial when working with a progressive lens. I on the other hand, have a simpler eyesight issue, and was more concerned with getting a pretty set of glasses that would frame my face well for Zoom Calls - yes there is such a thing as a Zoom Face! We learned a ton that day, loved the personal attention Fannie and her assistance gave us, and were thrilled when the glasses arrived. We love love love our glasses and highly recommend the store! read more

So very pleased with my new purchase of Lunor glasses!! I went here on a whim because my usual optometrist has stopped carrying a decent selection of stylish glasses. I have to say that it didn't hurt to have an incredible sales person (Truett?) working with me, he was so very knowledgable and shared a great deal of knowledge about lenses and the types of glasses that would not only look the best but that would best suit my needs!!
