Me being the irresponsible adult, waited until I was out of contacts to go to my appointment to get more. They didn't have trials of my astigmatism contacts I use but they had the regular ones which can hold me over. Dr. Goldberg said they typically come in fast so after a week, I called and asked where they were because I didn't get them yet. They were on backorder and she (will not name who I spoke with on the phone) said let me call and see for how long, it's not usually long. Turns out it IS long and they wouldn't be in until November 17th so she directly called the manufacturer (Bausch + Lomb) and they said they can overnight them for $13. So I paid the $13. Well that was on Friday so I expected them Monday. Didn't get them but thought... maybe because I called them later in the day on Friday, they probably won't be here until Tuesday. Tuesday goes by, NO CONTACTS. So first thing this morning I call the eye doctor and she tells me the FedEx tracking is saying it was delivered......... I BLEW UP. I would know if the contacts were delivered. I work from home and see FedEx pass me everyday. We have a camera that would go off if something was delivered. She basically tells me it is out of the eye doctor offices hands now and I need to deal with FedEx. All I can think is "I just want to see!!" The lady tells me "well you can order more but it'll cost you". Immediate thought was I AM NEVER GIVING MY MONEY TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. I call FedEx and they tell me they will contact the driver and he SHOULD get back to me by the end of the day, 5pm. I said "so I will sit her blind until I hear back from you at MAYBE 5pm!?" He said he made note that this was urgent... Mind you my thinking is, I'm working from home today and will flag down that driver myself when I see him. I get this text from the doctor's office and I honestly started tearing up.... My office and Bausch and Lomb are splitting the cost of my two 90pk contacts and overnight shipping. IF THAT ISN'T THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE EVER SEEN, IDK WHAT IS. P.S. I'm highly considering lasik after this experience and I am still going to fight FedEx for the original contacts so I can give them back to the office for so generously giving to me

I've continued to be pleased with my eye exams and overall experience with Eyecare Plus Scottsdale. I've purchased glasses and always been happy with them. On a recent visit, I popped in to see if I could find some new glasses or goggles with my prescription to be used for pickleball. While I didn't find anything too sporty, I did end up purchasing a new pair of glasses and sunglasses with Amanda's help. She was a joy to work with and I cannot wait to get my new glasses when they are ready soon. Thanks again to the doctors and entire staff at EPS for meeting all of my eyecare needs! I found out after researching there are different options for the 'plastic lens' that determine the type of eyesight you come out with. Either way. I know my glasses are not serving me optimally with regard to focus/distance.

Every aspect of this visit was great. From the moment I walked through the front door, I was greeted warmly and attentively by the front desk staff. after a brief, wait, I was taken into the examination room by the doctor's assistant. Preliminary eye testing was done prior to the doctors visit. This was a very professional yet personable procedure. Dr Beth then entered the exam room. with a warm and friendly, hello and introduced herself. I felt immediately at ease and experienced a refreshingly, thorough and professional examination. Dr. Beth looks at you and really listens to your issues. I never felt rushed. I truly felt that I had 100% of the doctors focus and concern. Picking out new frames was a fun experience. The optician I worked with was great. In addition, several of the office staff offered their opinions on my frames (when I asked them) making it all a very personal experience. There is truly something very special about a private medical office versus the large corporate medical offices. What really made my experience great though was the very sweet lady MIla (I think that is how you spell it). She is a pretty European blonde woman and is so professional, kind, helpful and just really pleasant to deal with. She went out of her way to help me get the lenses that I wanted- Optical Expressions really has a gem with her. The other front office staff was friendly and helpful as well. The selection of glasses is mainly made up of designer labels, so it can be a little pricey. I ended up with a pair of Versace glasses that I LOVE! Just overall wasn't too happy how they take apart in management other than that, experience I guess was fine.
