Very disappointing experience at this location. I go in to check out some boots I liked that were…read moreposted up by the entrance. Try them on and decide I want to buy them, only to be told an employee sold two different sizes to someone, so the only pair left in store was 2 different sizes. They offered to ship them to me so I accepted and paid there. When I get the boots 6 days later, they have a couple scuffs and aren't packed like they're brand new. They look like someone's return. I blow it off and try them on in my house, and decide they are also super uncomfortable and I wouldn't be able to wear them. Had zero time to make it BACK to the mall or the post office to return them until 56 DAYS later, still within the 60 day return window. So I make a special trip to the mall and explain everything. The employee kind of acts like she doesn't believe me and then looks at her computer and says 'the system' won't' 'let' her process the return because it's been longer than 60 days. I had proof of when they were ordered and when I received them, but she wouldn't budge. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am one. THAT is how a manager handles customer service? A human cannot use their common sense to override 'the system'? Does anyone know how to use their own brain these days? Thanks for wasting my time. I processed the return through the corporate phone number and I won't shop at this store again.

Avoid if you're bigger than a size large, terrible selection and even worse service…read moreI recently visited the Men's Wearhouse in Chandler hoping to find an outfit for an upcoming special event, and it was one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've had. Unless you're a size large or smaller, avoid this place entirely. Their in-store selection for bigger sizes (XL and up) is pitifully limited, barely any options on the racks, and what little they had was either out of stock in my size or looked like it had been sitting there forever. To make matters worse, the service was horrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. I stood there for several minutes and started browsing. The only employee interaction was "I'll be over to help you shortly". I browsed for 20-30 minutes not really finding many items larger than a L. I've shopped at other Men's Wearhouse locations before and had decent experiences, but this Chandler store felt very understaffed and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else (or shop online/big & tall specialists) if you're not a smaller build. This location gets a hard pass from me.

He literally went above and beyond for us and other customers all at the same time. I watched him as he helped us and greeted every customer that walked in..He didn't make us feel rushed, he had no problem running back and forth to get us different shoes and sizes. Today one of my friends texted me alerting me that Francesca's at Dana Park was having a 60% off…read moresale and she scored 6 Volcano candles in case I was interested knowing how much I love volcano candles. I leave my house instantly to go buy the remaining 3 Volcano candles.. The employee sees that I'm holding them and says the candles aren't included in the sale. I ask her where it says that there are exclusions to the sale on the signs posted throughout the entire store. She replies that corporate didn't send those signs with exclusions. I explain that my friend had just bought 6 candles and received the 60% off discount. Later I found out that my friend had asked if the volcano candles were included in the sale and the employee said yes they were. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she was one of the managers and her boss was unavailable. The employee said her name was Jessie. Francesca's should have made things right and honored the 60% off the entire boutique as their signage advertised instead of being selective on what is on sale and what isn't, it almost seemed like Jessie wanted the remaining candles for herself instead of selling them to a paying customer.
