I love the vibe of this store. The style is very hippie-dippie, farmer chic, feminine, floral, music festival outfits. It's fun to check out what they offer, especially since they swap out their stuff pretty frequently. Unfortunately, they don't offer XS, and since I'm so short (5'), none of it fits me! Even the S hangs loose, and I've tried on so many things on a regular basis. So keep that in mind if you want to shop here. With regards to service, they always offer to help you get started in the fitting room, order things from the website for you, and find things in other sizes or off the mannequins. Where they falter is no refunds. They should change that policy so customers would be happier in shopping here. read more

Great sales, cute hippy vibe, decent selection. Customer service was good. Weirdly, the only staff person there was a guy and they only sell women's clothing. There's a big range in price between items, but everything is cute. They have a lot of velvet items for the winter 18/19 season and a lot of good prints. Sweaters seem overpriced but there are good deals on jumpsuits and pants. When you purchase something, it comes in a cute reusable bag. Yay sustainability! read more

Creations is my favorite boutique. The clothes are light, comfortable and boho for all ages. The staff is VERY helpful. Just today, Kelly, Madeline and Terin? (I'm so sorry if that isn't correct) helped me find lots of flattering dresses and also called the Scottsdale store to have them hold a dress for me after I got home and realized one dress may be a little too big. The girls are very sweet and eager to help. Also, the location is no longer on Mill Ave, but in Tempe Marketplace. Love this store! read more

Came to Phoenix with my boo for drill and needed some time to waste so I checked out this local boutique. So adorable! The inner hippie in me was so excited walking in here. There's so many dresses, rompers, shorts and cute little knick knack jewelry. Definitely the go to place if you're looking for a Coachella outfit. The prices are super reasonable too around $25-35 ish for dresses and rompers. I ended up getting a black maxi dress with lace on the top. It was love at first sight so obviously I had to have it. The girls working here are super friendly too and not to overbearing. Really glad I found this place! read more

Walked into creations in Tempe Town marketplace. Two girls up at the desk talking laughing completely ignoring customers. I had a number of items in my hand and no one even said hello or can I help you although they had nothing else to do. I thought if they don't care I don't need to try these on and I don't care either. So I left. That little boutique lost about 200 plus for sales but apparently they don't really care. It's amazing that owners put people like this in there to run their stores. I have also gone into stores before with nothing really in mind to buy and the salesperson was so great I ended up walking out with five or $600 worth of clothing just because they made it fun read more

Girl that answered the phone Today was so rude and she lied to me that I can only return things at other locations !!! After she hung up on me I called back several times and she picked the phone up and hung it up quickly and I ended up calling another store location and speaking to them and to the manager and I am hoping they will take care if this matter. TERRIBLE place to shop!! The manager is super rude and unpleasant to deal with. I bought an item from this place in which when I got it home, it looked too young for myself. I called to ask if I could exchange the item but the manager was super mean and hurtful as if I was trying to get my money back when all I wanted to do was to exchange for another item that I seen. I generally like Creations, but recently I have had several negative experiences. I bought a red and white dress last week and after I washed it the red dye stained a bunch of the dress. I thought that was it but I also bought another black dress at the same time. I wore the black dress today for maybe 20 minutes before I realized that it was staining my skin black. It took a full shower and a lot of scrubbing to get it off. read more

Super cute clothes that you dig through the racks at marshals to get. They had sizes of everything which seems rare to me because most small stores like this only have s and xl. We went on a Labor Day sale and got a ton of clothes for cheap. I read some comments about the staff being rude but in my opinion they are going to treat you like you treat them. We went in very open and friendly and they treated us in the same manner. They weren't so nice to the other girls behind us but they seemed cold. Your vibe attracts your tribe! read more

My wife and daughter bought $250 worth of clothing. They went back an hour later to try on and nothing fit. The tags were still on everything and was literally an hour later. The store refused to refund our money. Buyer beware of lousy policy of no refunds. read more

Horrible experience. I purchased a pair of pants from them. After I got them home I realized they had a security tag still attached. I returned to the store and was told "sorry" they do not have the tool to remove it. I could try and find a place that might remove it for me. She thought there might be a store at Chandler Fashion Mall that might be able to remove it. She was not interested in helping at all. Seemed to be my problem. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this little gem of a boutique! I do not live near here but I will definitely be returning soon! It is my new favorite on Mill!! The ladies working were very friendly, they offered to take my items to a fitting room multiple times so my hands were free to keep grabbing more awesome clothes. Blonde girl with glasses and fake eyelashes working black Friday evening had a bad attitude and didn't greet me or acknowledge me.. I felt as if she was too busy having a conversation to do answer questions or pay attention to the customers. Brown haired girl working with her was sweet. I came in expecting the store to close at 9pm because that's what it said online but they closed early at 8pm. The first thing the cashier said was we close in 10 minutes so I browsed around until she said it's 7:59pm, if don't have anything to purchase you have to leave now.
