A friend had recommended Vida Moulin as a cute boutique to shop at. The first time I went it said it was open according to yelp, but when I arrived it was closed with a sign in the door. I was a little bummed but went to Whicker Goddess instead and purchased an adorable vintage silk dress. The next time I attempted to go, I purposely chose on a Saturday at 12:00 noon to make sure it would be open. When I entered I was the only one patron. As I opened the door I didn't see any workers or other shoppers and walked further into the. Two workers were talking in the back and made their way out from the back. One said a quiet hello. The other worker didn't acknowledge me or stop talking to the 2nd worker. I casually looked at the clothing racks but didn't see anything I needed but they do have some cute clothes. I did however purchase a plastic vintage green looking oil bottle. It was $39 marked down from $65. When I paid they both did thank me for stopping in. I honestly liked the vibe better at the Whicker Goddess and another boutique several doors down and the shop purveyors at both those locations were so sweet and engaging. But if I go back to the little plaza again I would go into Vida Moulin again, as it is a cute boutique. I liked the decor and home items there more than the clothing choices. read more

I recently purchased a couple items on line. I went to pick the items up and was shocked by how rude the person at the counter was. When I realized it was the owner, I was even more surprised and disappointed. Despite the terrible customer service, I still decided to look around and shop. Nobody asked if I needed assistance, helped me after trying several items on, or even acknowledged me as I left. Sadly, VM and The Fred have lost a loyal supporter of small business. read more

I found this cute store on Instagram from Sakura Considine. We came by during the weekend to pick up a dress. I also follow the store on Instagram and there were some highlights of dresses I wanted to try on. The store is very cute. There are many options available. There are other items at the store i.e. shoes and swim suites. The workers are very nice. The dressing room was very clean. I ended up leaving the store with two dresses I'm sure I'll wear a lot this year! read more

I've been hearing good things about this place and dropped in. The interior design and layout of the shop is easy on the eye and really highlights the products they have. I was looking for a jumpsuit after having no luck at the places I normally shop at. The manager was very friendly and told me about how comfortable some of the jumpsuits were. I ended up buying two of them because they're SO comfortable and one of a kind :) They also have VERY cute bathing suits, pins, cards, candles, and clothing items. TAKE ALL MY MONEY! The girls who work here are so sweet and so helpful. My friend and I spent an hour and a half trying on the whole store, and the ladies working there didn't blink twice about asking if they could get different sizes or colors. Let me start off by saying, during these times people just need to be kind to one another. This was the last impression that we received from one of the staff at Vida Moulin. I believe the employees name was Megan. She was a middle aged blond gal that would not stop talking about her makeup gig on the side. We would ask questions about the store product and she would become very rude and short. We highlight this individual because she is detrimental to this business and really does not care about descent customer service. They need to update the phone message. Called to see if the store was open and the pre-recorded message stated that the store opened at 10am on Sunday. Drove 35 minutes to the store to find that it was closed. They don't have anything on their door indicating when they're open/closed. Only when I went to Yelp did I see that they're closed Sunday. Best. Boutique. Ever!!! This inside of this place is so dang adorable and so are the clothes. Besides all their cute clothes, they also have swimsuits, jewelry, shoes, and other little cute gifts. Everything they sell is super trendy and I'd probably wear anything in the whole store. It is a tad expensive though, and they don't always have a wide variety of sizes :( I'm pretty sure their jewelry is from local businesses as well. This is my go-to place when I need a cute outfit for a date or something like that. The parking lot is pretty tough, so that's a downside. Vida Moulin is my favorite boutique in Phoenix. The sales girls are all so kind and Chantell, the owner, is a true gem. I was a customer of the store initially and have had the pleasure to work with them on some projects as well. I get endless compliments on my vida clothes and at this point, they make up the bulk of my wardrobe. I can't say enough about this beautiful shop and the women who work here. On my most recent online order, I chose store pick up only to discover I wouldn't be able to make it out to the store in time to grab the items for the event I was headed to. I emailed the store and asked if they could overnight the items to me and (I believe it was the owner?) the woman on my email offered to drop it off at my home. SERIOUSLY?! Could you get better customer service than that?! She literally made my whole entire day and sure enough I had my items on my doorstep the following day. Just did an amazing macrame shop here and it was to die for. Chantell, the owner is precious and an incredibly artsy and warm heart. Sometimes I'll go "shop" just to see her! Other store workers have a great taste for fashion and decor as well and they care about where their products are coming from. I've also repotted small cacti plants in here and it's such a fun atmosphere. A great little boutique in the heart of Phoenix. If you haven't been before, you're missing out :)!! read more

My daughter and I went into the store last week, when we walked in the sales associate was speaking to a customer. She never even looked our way to acknowledge we had come in. When the customer left, she didn't acknowledge us again. As nice as the shop is we didn't want to stay. As we walked out the door the sales associate was on the floor behind the counter, and never said a word. This shop is very close to my home, but I will not be going there again.
