Staff can either be super excessively friendly or downright non-existent. It really depends on the associate that chooses to help you but I really haven't had any issues at this location. As for the sunglasses, of course they're marked on the higher end. Specialty stores are always like that. So if you can find your shades somewhere else for cheaper, go that route. One thing I do love that they offer is that if you buy their sunglasses kit [cleaner, cloth, and little screwdriver], they will refill your cleaning solution for free and forever. As someone who also wears glasses [usually at home though because y'all are judgemental and hate a girl in specs], I double it up and clean my regular glasses with them. Even if the store is busy, they'll just give you a new bottle if they can't refill it real quick for you. All in all, Sunglass Hut is a great place. Our future is so bright, we need shades! :D! *shot*

There's an online submission where you can attach photos. For some reason, I could only send one, but Tyler got back to me quickly. We had a quick call, and he let me know they'll do their best. The condition of the frames would affect how much they're able to do. I'm amazed at the before and after, and these frames are just like new! I've been searching for several years to find these frames that are out of production because the frame height is so hard to find. They're over a decade old, and I've settled for frames that just didn't hit the mark. My cost with shipping was $226.60. That ~$75 can go towards whatever lens upgrades I'll definitely need. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated his care and would highly recommend him. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk did not match the level of service provided by the doctor. The two customer service representatives were not welcoming or friendly, and they came across as unhelpful and dismissive. Especially the man, but the lady did not intervene at all to rectify the awful customer service being received. Nor, did she give off a nice or welcoming demeanor as well. It made what should have been a positive visit feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because Dr. Diaz is excellent--but the front office experience needs significant improvement.

I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad.
