Everyone here is amazing. I've been seeing Dr Luce for years (since she was at Target). My wife & daughters also see Dr Luce. Everyone here is 100% awesome. They're a little pricier than some but you're paying for quality and professionalism. The are all awesome. Oh and have Clay give you some coffee & do a magic trick for you! read more

I have round glasses where the axis needs to be adjusted perfectly or else I get vertigo/nausea. Lenses ended up popping out and these guys took care of it for FREE. Popped them back in for me and in a matter of minutes. read more

The best eye Doc EVER!!! My primary doc suggested having my eyes checked so I chose this place since I read the reviews and the location was perfect!!! I called in for an appointment, in which, Clay was able to get me in right away, thankfully! Upon arrival, I was greeted with open arms! The office has a welcoming vibe. The consultation was awesome before seeing Doctor Luz who was by far, the best eye doctor I've ever seen!!! Doctor Luz took her time with the eye exam and explained every detail to me about my eyes during and after testing which, was what was desperately needed. Doctor Luz nor did her staff, pressure me into eyewear nor did she make me feel pressured into making purchases. This is the type of Doctor I love to see. I 100% recommend going here for your eye exam. This was by far, the most reasonable priced doctor to go to, compared to other eye doctors I've researched.(Btw... There's a coupon on yelp... YOU'RE WELCOME) Unfortunately; I had to pay out of pocket but this was a huge "go to" if you're paying out of pocket!!! There's plenty of parking onsite and this location is easy to find as, it's next to a smoke shop for those of you who ...NEVERMIND Cons: My only disappointment was having my current reading glasses which were already in distraction mode ... repaired ... which, I shouldn't have done because I was still able to use them but unfortunately, the guy who attempted to repair them, broke them completely and then had the nerves to refer me to someone else to repair them.... ugh!!! I will NEVER have glasses repaired here by him, not even a Lil adjustment because of this as the glasses came out worse than they were going in. I'm praying that the referral will repair them for free since this guy brine them completely! The guy was really nice but, he BROKE my glasses completely where I can't even use them at all now!!! I still had one side I could put on my ear but then, when I went to put on the other side, that side too, broke off literally, within seconds. Frustrated I didn't complain because, I really love this eye doctor and want to continue seeing her each year for my exams. read more

A MASSIVE and appreciative thank you to Sight on Site for providing a level of customer service to their patients/clients that I have not experienced in many many years from any type of industry. A little background: Sight on Site came to my place of employment (South Mountain Community College) to provide eye exams and allow us to purchase frames. It was incredibly convenient to walk across the courtyard and have an eye exam and finish up by browsing many beautiful frames for purchase. They knew what our company's insurance coverage entailed, so it was a simple and beneficial experience. I chose to have my eyeglasses sent to my home as opposed to picking them up in their office in Chandler to continue the convenience of my experience. I received the eyeglasses I purchased in 10 days and they looked great. This happened to be a Friday afternoon. I knew my prescription had changed and while I loved the cute look of both glasses, they felt "strong" or "off" when I attempted to use them. I knew I was heading out of town Sunday and decided to email Sight on Site Friday evening to ask if someone could please check them for me after I returned home. My goal was to feel comfortable and certain that I simply needed to get used to my new prescription and that they were in fact the correct strength lenses. Literally that same evening I received an email back that the very next day (this would be a Saturday) that the doctor could go into their office and double check my prescription and my glasses. I went the next day on Saturday and they triple checked my prescription, adjusted my frames to perfection, allowed me to try in between strengths to show me my previous and now new prescription, and in the most thorough fashion helped solve my issue. My prescription and new glasses were perfect and it was a matter of me simply getting used to the change. I was told that if I couldn't get used to it that they would change the lenses out for me. No single company cares enough to go out of their way for one single person like that during off hours to ensure I can take my new glasses on my trip. Mr. Michael Garcia and Dr McKenna went out of their way to help little ole me and now my new glasses are on my face in Amsterdam! Thank you so much for your caring ways, it means a lot to me and I really appreciate it. Company owners......maybe you should consider Sight on Site for your employees since it was a great experience all around! read more

Supporting local business. Mike is an extremely hard worker and made my experience so painless and was able to get me the frames I've been wanting for a lot less than competitors. Really enjoyed the doctor I saw too! read more

I'm happy to say I was the first prescription filled for Sight on Site. Talk about easy, my eye exam to new glasses was 10 days. Mike's expert team took care of everything. No paperwork or insurance issues. Just a perfect fit. My glasses have top of the line lens that other glassware businesses are not even offering. They are lighter with a larger field of view that I have never experienced in other glasses. If your company offers a vision plan, you need to reach out to this group. They will set up their complete exam and showroom on your site and save your employees time away. read more

Amazing! Highly recommend! He opened his office for a private appointment to get glasses. He used exceptional safety measures to keep us COVID safe and was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. And the price was about the same as what I normally pay at Walmart. I really appreciate all he did for us and will for sure keep going back! read more

This place is amazing and Mike is a true professional that knows his craft. My glasses came out perfect. In addition to the highest quality and the newest technology. The office was the cleanest and most stocked with equipment and frames to pick from. Every safety measure was taken in respects to Covid 19. I felt safe and at ease. I would recommend Mike and Sight On Site to everyone. Due to being a top notch run organization. I was able to purchase the the best lenses and frames from Sight On Site. Called some competitors and they could not compete with price or the high quality lenses that Sight On Sight offers. read more

The customer service at sight on sight was great! It was a very personalized experience where Michael helped me pick out the right pair of glasses. I was going to pick glasses that would have ended up much too thick because of their large size and he explained why and how the thickness was affected because of my high prescription. He he saved me from picking a pair of glasses I wouldn't like. I haven't had a pair of glasses I like more than the ones I bought there. They have completely custom options as well. The prices and options are surprisingly much better than big box stores. Definitely recommended read more
