Focused On Eyes - Optometrists Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Excellent office staff and doctor. So happy with my exam and the way they protected you from exposure to other patients. Kelly handled my phone calls and was great in helping me with my medical records. Linda fitted me for my glasses and went out of her way to make sure they fit perfectly. Dr. Lucas was extremely nice and gave me a comprehensive exam, and was kind enough to answer all my questions! Highly recommend. read more

Went in for reading glasses and also a pair of sunglass for golfing. Got my prescription and went to Costco to have them filled. Got my two pairs of reading glasses and couldn't see a think out of them. Everything was double vision. My sunglasses were a blur. We back for a second vision and got the prescription tweeted. Went back to Costco and had the glass remade. The results were the same. The optometrist told me that the sunglass would only have a very small window were the vision would be correct. Great, after I told her they were for golfing. Out $150.00 for sunglass that don't help. Out $300.00 on reading glass that don't help. Beware!!! read more

I've been putting off to get my prescription glasses for over 5 years (I know, I know), I couldn't be happier I chose to check this team out. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome, it was like visiting friends & family. Got my 1st pair within 10 days as promised, waiting on the second pair. Already recommended to my brother (whom has pushed away to get his as well, lol). And I would recommend to anyone I know needs glasses. Thank You!!! read more

I've been coming to this office for years now. They get me in really quick and are very helpful. The staff is super friendly and the office is really clean. Keep in mind that I haven't actually picked up my glasses yet, but... This was the best glasses shopping experience of my life. The doctor was nice, open minded, friendly, and explained everything to me, something I've never had another doctor do. I loved to hear about why each test was done, which ones were risk assessments, etc. Great "bedside" manner. The woman who helped me order my glasses was incredibly patient, and helpful, as well as knew about lots of different options. Add to that the receptionist who knew her stuff too, and was super sweet and helpful in helping me choose my frames. I'm recommending this place to my partner, and any one who will listen. What a great experience! read more

My family and I have been going to Focused on Eyes for years now. Dr. Lucas is the kindest, most knowledgeable doctor I've had - she always gives thorough and adequate examinations and makes sure to answer all the questions and I have. The receptionist, Linda, is the most pleasant person to deal with. She helped me pick out my frames from their large selection and got my first pair of prescription glasses to me within a week! If your family needs an eye doctor, I would recommend Focused on Eyes 10/10 times! read more

Won't even think of another vision practice! Neither should you. Go see the Doc! read more

Seriously the best eye care I have ever had. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Trust your eyes to Dr Lucas.

I have been coming to Dr. Lucas for 5+ years, she is by far the best optometrist I have been to and I have been getting glasses/contacts since I was in third grade. The front desk staff is very friendly and that is always appreciated. read more

Great experience in appointment making, eye exam and Dr. Lucas is a very competent examiner, and gives you an explanation as you go along through your exam, puts you at ease during the entire process. Would highly recommend and have you all go in for an exam and comforting experience, even for those that don't like having an eye exam. Love Dr. Jaki and her staff. She's very thorough with her exams. I've been a patient of hers for quite some time now and I always come out satisfied because she's helping me to SEE! She also had nice frames too! I would highly suggest going to her. read more

I just want to tell you all a quick story. With the prodding of my wife i reluctantly went to the eye doctor because my arms are no longer long enough to read a medicine bottle. I got an eye exam and was horrified to find out that after 43 years of perfect eye sight i needed glasses. I am officiating my nieces wedding in 2 days (my exam was 3 days ago) so they put a rush on getting them back before then so i could actually see what i was supposed to say right in front of me. My glasses happily arrived yesterday and i went to get them but the manufacturer got the prescription wrong. The doctor was mortified knowing that i needed them on Sunday and it was now Thursday evening. On Friday morning she personally took my glasses to the manufacturer and they were ready for me to pick up Friday at noon! This office has the best customer service i have seen in years! Thank you to everyone there for your excellent work and for going out of your way to make sure I had my glasses in time! Wish i could give you ten stars! read more

I had a terrific experience with this office and in particular with Chelsea, Dr Lucas' assistant. I am very picky about my choice of frames and spent quite a bit of time trying on almost every pair in the office. Chelsea was incredibly patient and offered great feedback. My prescription is great, and I'm very happy with my glasses. read more
