I checked the order prescription and it didn't match the online prescription I had sent in. Online Prescription Axis: 178 Sphere L -5.75 R -6.00 CYL -.75 What the Lab sent Axis: L 154 R 22 Sphere L -5.5 R -5.25 CYL -.75 I went to my local LensCrafters location in Fashion Square Mall Scottsdale and they said they couldn't help me with a return or process me since I wasn't in the system. They told me I had to call LensCrafters for any help or support and their location was only for in-person buyers. (The online portal says all returns are handled through in-person locations) I went to Costco for a second opinion and they looked at the paperwork in the LensCrafters package and said it was the wrong prescription and obviously on LensCrafters part. The nice employee there was baffled Lenscrafters and Luxottica wouldn't stand behind their product and would make it hard to return the wrong lens or adjust them. This is pretty disappointing since I had a bad experience before with a $700 Sofilo lens that was processed by a Luxottica lab that Valley Eyecare in Arcadia and Luxottica refused to help me with. That lens also was the wrong prescription and had a prominent fishbowl effect that wouldn't go away. *Updated to a 3 star because the online chat and phone support was pretty good.

I went in wanting to get that but settled on a completely different pair with transition lenses. Brad helped me pick a few different options he thought would be perfect for my face shape. I settled on the Esme in jet black with polished gold with transition lens. I've never had transitions before so I'm really excited for them to arrive! My vision insurance was out of network but I could get reimbursed and I was able to use my fsa card. They were pretty expensive with all of the things I added like the transitions and the thinner lens but they looked so nice and my insurance covered it. I highly recommend going in and having Brad help you! Also they fixed my current Warby Parker glasses that I accidentally bent and now they're like brand new!

Since my first initial visit, Warby Parker has expanded on their services - not offering an onsite optometrist - and locations in the valley. This was my first visit to their Fashion Square location. Many of their frames start at $95 +. Which includes your prescription. They then offer add one such a blue light, anti fatigue and more. My particular pair came in at $145, then I added on a few different features. They have an awesome warranty and great customer service option on their products and helps the longevity of my frames. They had lots of great options, but I was in to work out some warranties on previous pair. Mark helped me out and got the job done so efficiently and effortlessly. My new frames were ordered and should be delivered in about 10 days. Love my experiences every time I visit!

She told me she couldn't find me in the system and couldn't reach anyone because it was an automated line, then suggested that I call myself. At no point did she offer the option to pay out of pocket, which I would have been willing to do. Instead, she seemed more focused on discussing lunch plans with her coworkers than helping me find a solution. I decided to cancel my appointment, called my insurance directly, and got verification immediately. I ended up going to another office that verified my insurance right away and provided excellent service.

You should have an appointment with the optician if you need prescription glasses. Luckily, Audra was in and available when my husband and I arrived. She was friendly, helpful and competent. She took care of both of us in about 20 minutes. She said our prescription sunglasses should be sent to their store in about 2+ weeks. Well, they were in sooner! I love they they under-promise and over deliver. We are both happy with our new sunglasses that arrived the day before we left on vacation. Don just checked that the sale is still going on.
